Chapter 1

Kyles POV
   It was almost the end of the school day. I was leaving my last class and as I was walking out the door, my best friend, no my SUPER best friend, Stan Marsh walked up to me in the hallway.

     " Token is having a party tomorrow! There will be girls there!" My SBF tells me.

" that sounds nice," I reply, even though it doesn't sound that cool to me. I still encourage Stan's excitement, not wanting to bring him down.

Ever since Wendy Testaburger broke up with Stan, he has been so desperate to find the two of us girlfriends.

I'm not really interested in girls, I never have been. but sometimes I... you know what, Never-mind.

It's not normal! I should be crazy over girls, like Stan and every other boy in the tenth grade. Me and Kenny seemed to be the only one's not interested.

As I was walking home that day, I kept thinking about the whole not liking girls thing. I stared down at the sidewalk and tried not to think about it, but I couldn't. It was all I could think about. It was probably just because my mind is on other things, stressed with with school, too busy to date. I decided to try and take my mind off it by listening to Lovejoy, my favorite band.

I kept walking home, and just tried to enjoy my music. I listen to music to drown out my thoughts a lot. It's the one thing that distracts me from reality.

I walked home, and immediately ran up to my room.
