'I really, really shouldn't have done that.' Tenima thought as she hurriedly rushed back towards her pod. 'He's the chief's son for god's sake' Tenima was now panicking, while her twin was glaring daggers at her trying to keep up with her fast pace. Not even 24 hours since her family was guaranteed refuge and she started a fight. Not a fight with just anybody but with the chief's son!

Tenima wasn't sure if he would snitch on her, maybe he wouldn't out of pride, not wanting to be seen as a weakling. But the thought of him telling and her family having to leave all because of Tenima, had the girl stop dead in her tracks. Neteyam slammed into her back as she had come to an abrupt stop, a confused expression replaced his angered one.

She pondered her options for a minute before reluctantly turning on her heel and making a dash towards where she had left the bewildered boy. Neteyam curiously watched as his sister made a beeline to where they had just come from before deciding its best to follow her.

Tenima made her way back to the dock in record time, with Neteyam slightly behind her. They hadn't spoken a word to each other since the incident. She looked around for any sight of the young Metkayina, but was unable to spot a single soul. That's when it suddenly clicked in the clueless girl's head, it was meal time.

Tenima whipped around to face her brother who was already staring at her in question. "Were you paying attention when Tsireya was going over mealtime?" Tenima asked, knowing damn well she was not listening to a single thing Tsireya was saying earlier. Neteyam scoffed before opening his mouth, "Yeah, because I knew you wouldn't. Follow me" Neteyam then turned towards the path they had just come from and started walking down it for the 3rd time within an hour.

Tenima followed closely behind her brother with a shameful expression plastered on her face. She knew Neteyam was upset with her, he had barely spoken to her this whole time. All that was running through her head was how much of a disappointment she'd be if they really had to leave this newfound safe haven all because she has a temper.

Neteyam tried his hardest to ignore the pleading glances his twin was sending him while they were walking towards a more populated area, but ended up giving in when he saw the desperation behind her sorrow filled eyes. "That was beyond stupid what you did" Neteyam paused his walking, Glancing over his shoulder at the girl who kept her head down. "But it was pretty damn impressive considering Ao'nungs size." Neteyam added while letting a proud smirk slip onto his face.

Tenima lit up at this as she excitedly grabbed her brother's hand in her own, wanting so badly to rave about how cool she was. "I know right! I wasn't too confident I would be able to flip him but that pure rage really gave me an extra strength boost!" Tenima ranted while swinging the siblings arms around. Neteyams face softened as he wrapped his arm around his favorite siblings' shoulders and continued down the path.

"Still stupid though." When Neteyam said it this time it wasn't nearly as harsh and Tenima simply brushed it off. The girl was glowing while practically skipping to where she spotted a bunch of Metkayina getting food from around different fires. "See fish lips?" She asked in a hushed tone, aware of the many people around them, some of which kept their eyes locked onto the arriving forest people.

Neteyam nodded while discreetly nodding his head towards a group of teenage Metkayina boys. "They kinda look like fish mutations, Ao'nung has some ugly looking friends." Tenima told Neteyam in a hushed tone. Neteyam quickly put a hand over his mouth as he coughed to cover up his laugh.

"What's the plan sis?" Neteyam asked, ignoring his sister's previous comment. Tenima paused to think about this. There's absolutely no way she could just go up to Ao'nung while he's surrounded by his friends. It'd only cause more problems. 'Well it'd only cause problems if they knew the real season she needed the boy.' an idea popped into Tenimas head as a sly smirk broke onto her face.
