Derek

James was walking by himself outside. All of the boys either had to stay after school or had left early, except from Max, who was waiting for him outside to go home together. The school was really big, and James was struggling to find the exit door. There weren't many people on the hallways, but he needed help. He found a boy who was on his phone leaning against the lockers. The guy was really tall, muscular and tattooed. He looked a bit intimidating, but James just wanted to go home and get out of that school.

- Hey sorry to bother can you help me? I'm new here and I can't find the way out.

James started to panic when the boy looked down at him with the scariest look in his eyes.

- You're new? Interesting. What's your name?

- Um... I'm James.

And the smile in the taller guy made James realize he approached the wrong guy.

- Nice to meet you James, I'm Derek.

Oh no.

- Wait Derek its okay - James let out a nervous laugh - I think I know where it is thanks tho.

He tried leaving but strong hands were already wrapped around his shoulders.

- Oh no my friend, don't worry. Let me help you. I see that you are very, very lost in this school.

James was pinned against the lockers. Derek looked at his eyes as they were closing, and he felt the first punch. His lip started bleeding and his jaw hurt like hell. The second came a bit harder, making his whole head turn the other way and hit the locker.

- Please Derek I'm sorry I had no idea who your brother was. - the boy begged

- Oh, you poor thing, so innocent. Too bad.

Another punch and James was thrown to the floor. He tried to get up but he was feeling too dizy and he was in too much pain. Derek grabbed him by the shirt again and James started to cry silently.

- Look at you crying, are you scared? Don't worry, we'll be over quick.

And then another punch straight on James' balls, making him scream in pain. The last punch was on his stomach, before he heard someone yell.

- Derek! Stop it.

James' brain wasn't able to process anything or recognize the voice. Derek let go of him but stayed at his side.

- Max leave me alone, do you even know him bro?

Maxwell, his savior.

- He is my brother you stupid bitch. - Derek got up and stepped back.

- Oh I didn't know you had a brother... I'm sorry Max umm I didn't mean to...

Derek was scared of him? James wanted to hug Max so bad. He tried to get his head to stay up but wasn't able to. He couched a bit and let out a bit of blood. Max looked at him and got down to help him sit up.

- Derek get the fuck out of here before I rip your head off your body and use it as my new ball. And dont ever think about getting closer to James ever again. Oh, and tell Lincon he better keep it down with my boys before I teach him a lesson.

Derek just nodded in fear and left running.

James wanted to say anything, but his head felt too heavy and he just passed out.

He woke up in a room with blue colored walls, laying down in one of those nurse office beds. He tried getting uo unsuccessfully.

- James buddy be careful. - Max was next to him - how are you feeling?

The younger looked around and he saw he was indeed in the nurse office. The nurse was sat in a chair next to him. She looked really young and she was very petty. She looked at him smiling and got up to approach him.

- I'm in pain but I don't feel dizzy anymore. - James said.

- That's good, you boys can go home. Max help him, and make sure he gets some rest today.

Max nodded and helped the boy get up and they walked out of the school. As soon as they were outside, Max spanked James' ass really hard.

- Ouch! What the hell? - James complained looking at him surprised and angry.

- James what were you thinking? You can't mess around with people like this. And I don't care if you didn't know who it was, just ignore the people to stay out of this trouble. You were lucky I came fast enough or you would be having a couple broken bones right now.

James looked down. He was mad at Max but he knew he was right. He was happy the older cared about him. And he was happy he saw him as his brother. He sighed and nodded.

The walk home was quiet except from a couple whimpers from James, who was still in pain. As soon as they were in front of the house they stopped and Max looked at him.

- You will have to tell Cam and Carter what happened. Cause they are not dumb and if they see you like this they won't accept just a "I fell". It's okay, you won't get in trouble for it, you didn't do anything wrong.

James was scared to say the least. He nodded again and they both entered.
