The Doctor and Raelle stared up at the hospital before them, eyeing the building for any suspicious activities it may hold. Hand in hand, they entered the building as they walked up to the reception desk. As they approached, the receptionist eyed the pair before welcoming them.
"Welcome to Royal Hope Hospital. What may we do for you today?"
"Oh. Well. We were just wondering if we could have a look around." The Doctor smiled innocently at the receptionist as she gave them a stare down.
"No can do. Only patients or staff are permitted to enter the rest of the building and seeing as you're neither, I'll have to call security if you do not leave." She threatened the pair.
"And how would one become a patient?" The Doctor enquired as Raelle resisted the urged to bash her head against a wall.
The receptionist gave the Doctor an odd look. "By being in need of medical attention." She stated, as if it was obvious. It was obvious to everyone, well except the Doctor. He lacked that certain human common sense at times.
Before the Doctor could draw any unwanted attention to them, Raelle linked arms with him as she pulled him away from the desk. "Thank you!" She flashed the receptionist her best smile as they walked away, the receptionist eyes following as they left the front doors of the hospital. Back where they started. As they emerged outside, Raelle unlinked her arm from the Doctor's to slap the back of his head. Bewildered, the Doctor held the back of his head, eyes wide with shock as he looked at Raelle.
"What was that for?!" He exclaimed, rubbing the back of his head. Raelle gave him a deadpan look.
"Do you want to be anymore obvious?" She mocked him.
"It was a perfectly natural question." The Doctor retorted.
"For someone who's not from Earth it is." Raelle rolled her eyes, scanning their surroundings as she thought up a plan. As she formulated a plan, the Doctor continued to whine about Raelle's sarcasm, still rubbing the back of his head.
"I have an idea." Raelle announced to him, eyes sparkling with enthusiasm.
The Doctor took in her excitement, a somewhat uncertain expression appearing on his face. "What is it and why do I feel somewhat scared?"
"Just follow my lead." She told him, to which he warily nodded in response. Without any warning, Raelle elbowed his stomach at full force, causing him to crouch over in pain, winded. "Help! Help!" Raelle cried out to people nearby, a hand on her mouth with the other placed on the Doctor's back for comfort. The Doctor finally getting the jist of Raelle's plan continued to wallow in pain, clutching his stomach from Raelle's blow. As Raelle continued to cry out for help, staff who had heard the commotion emerged from the hospital, rushing over to help. They helped the Doctor up, carrying him into the hospital to be checked. Raelle followed after as they entered, moving to the ward. As she passed, she spotted the receptionist with a shocked expression at the pair which gave Raelle an inch of satisfaction as she followed hastily behind.

The doctors concluded that the Doctor's injury wasn't life threatening but decided on him spending the night in the ward as a precaution. As the doctors left, Raelle thanked them generously, pulling the curtain closed, giving the pair some privacy. As she turned back to look at the Doctor, she was met with a big scowl plastered on his face as he sat in the bed in his pyjamas.
"So the plan worked." She mused, giving him an innocent smile, as she moved to sit on the edge of his bed.
"Was it necessary?" He asked, crossing his arms in contempt.
