dahlia got out of rudy's bed "do you mind if i wear the clothes you gave me to sleep in home and give them back to you later?" she asked.
"yeah that's cool" he nodded still laying in bed.
"i gotta go meet the girls at the beach" a car door slammed outside and dahlia looked out of rudy's window "oh shit, megans here"
rudy got out of bed, and slipped on a pair of shorts before looking in the mirror and tussling his messy hair.
"what are you doing?" she asked.
"i'm not letting you walk passed them alone, i'll get chase and jonathan to go surf with me" he shrugged.
"you're a life saver" she praised.
the fake couple walked out of jj's, jj stood in his doorway shirtless pretending to say goodbye to dahlia. he kissed her and drew and megan immediately noticed the pair from a door down as they unloaded megans bags from drew's car.
"is that dahlia?!" megan screeched "oh my god get over here girl! and bring him!"
dahlia and rudy walked over to megan and drew, drew looked miserable. megan greeted dahlia with a hug "it's been forever girl!" megan said fakely.
rudy slung his arm around dahlia "this is rudy" dahlia said.
"careful dee, i might steal this one" megan joked but there was truth to what she was saying.
dahlia laughed awkwardly.
"not interested" rudy smirked "dee we better get going huh?"
"oh yeah, well it was great to see you megan" dahlia lied.
"oh! where are you two going?" megan asked.
"the beach" dahlia shrugged.
"why don't we join you?" megan intruded.
"no i don't think-" drew argued finally speaking up.
"great! we'll see you down there" megan smiled.
"great!" dahlia nodded.
