"-Record for the day, the hottest in June. We have weather scores hitting up to 103- The air of planet Crora 4I seems to be mostly humid at the moment. Our team has reason to believe that the sudden rise in temperature is related to the ongoing meteors; we have labelled these meteors as 'Ivory Showers'. If you are to venture outside today, specifically to Lectra City, we advise that you take care of yourself and your body. That's all for the weather today- Bringing more updates at 5:30 tomorrow morning."

The planets rise in temperature was no surprise, at least not to me. We tend to experience rapid showers almost daily. As a community, we were all completely used to the broadcast discussing such topics. I admit- The name given to the ongoing meteor showers is adventurous. I wonder who developed the name?

I allowed a meek sigh to escape my lips. Ever since I sent through that application- I find myself on edge. I can't think straight- Nor distract my mind from running. Did I make a mistake? If I did make a mistake, what is the entire extent? Placing my Galactica3000 on the table in front of me, I slowly walked towards the window. Stuck in complete thought..

"There's no turning back now. What's done is done, I'm sure that the choice I made won't be as bad as I expect it to be." I spoke to myself.

I did have the knack for overthinking. My mind was mostly restless. Although the city was in complete disarray right now, finding comfort and beauty in my surroundings wasn't difficult. The glazed window in my bedroom was at a large scale. It was so big that it took up majority of the wall to my view. I scarcely analyzed my surroundings- Hoping to find a way to put my mind at ease, just for a little bit of time.

The streets of Lectra City were full to the brim. Whether your average citizens were waltzing around, or simply tourists. Lectra never sleeps. But of course- That's the case for almost every city. At least the cities on this planet. My bedroom was close to being pitch black.
