𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀! 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗴𝗼 + 𝗢𝗰 ②

I'm so sorry if i take so much time it's just that i get so lazy sometimes and i just don't have the motivation to do anything these days.

anyways i had so many ideas for this chapter but hey i can't put it all here 🧍

BTW THIS STORY HAPPENS RIGHT AFTER SEASON 10 

and don't mind my potential with describing things, i suck at these-

I quickly change into a black camisole with a plain light grey Zip-Up Hoodie, grey Waist Track shorts, and beetroot Converse. I guess when i passed out they put my hair down for me to be more comfortable. I make a little bun, half of my hair still down. I walk out of the room heading to the deck. There was Kai, Jay and Nya. She had a basket around her wrist. They all looked so excited to go out. I make my way up to them, hearing the conversation. They were discussing which movie we would watch. I turn my head to see the rest of the team coming towards us.

We finally enter the park, searching for a spot to have dinner. We decide to go separate ways to find an emplacement. 

''Hey Moki! Let's pair up!!'' Nya exclaims, wrapping her free arm around mine.

We advance near the center of the park. We could see a beautiful fountain made of concrete. The water was clean and its sound was rather enjoyable. The place wasn't very crowded and i like it like that.

''Hey, how do you feel?''  She asks. Her voice tone lowered.

''If i'm being completely honest, i am exhausted.'' I reply. ''But i needed some fresh air so.. Thank you''

''I'm glad you decided to come with us.'' She mutters. I give her a slight smile. We continue to walk in a comfortable silence until we heard her phone ringing. 

''Hey gals! Zane and i found a spot!'' Jay yells. Zane gives us the emplacement over the phone. We sprinted to the location. From afar we could see the others, they were laughing and they looked so happy.

''We're here!!'' I howl. 

We all settle down and prepare to eat lunch. We were having some simple sandwiches. We talked for an hour and i appreciated it. They all were joyful and it felt good to see them like this. We all soon finish eating.

''We will need more snacks for tonight.'' Kai informs.

''Oh, i can go! I still have some money on me.'' I say. ''Does anyone wanna come with me?''

''I can.'' Cole affirms. I nod, we advance to exit the park and enter the nearest store. We walk into different alleys, searching for snacks. ''Hey, i found them!'' He exclaims. 

''Ooohh good job!'' I thank him while taking a pack of licorice and some bags of chips. ''Do we still have strawberries at the bounty?'' I ask.

''Yup, tons of them.'' He replies. I give him a bright smile. I loved strawberries when i was younger and to this day it still is.

''Do you want anything special?'' I question.

''Nah i'm good. We got most of the snacks ready, we just needed some more.'' He answers. I slightly nod and walk up to the cashier, putting the items on the counter.

''It'll be 15,75$.'' She points out. I give her 20$.

''Keep the change.'' I add, giving her a joyful smile. She gives me a slight grin and thanks us. We exit the store and make our way back to the park.

''Welcome back lovebirds!'' My brother teases. ''We figured out that we'll go back in an hour or two.''

I give him thumbs up and sit at our spot while the others were playing around. A little breeze soon got to me, chills going down my spine. A bad feeling quickly got over me. Snap out of it Moki! You aren't gonna ruin the other's day because of that.

My thoughts got away when i felt someone sitting beside me.

''Are you good?'' Lloyd interrogates.

''Yeah, i'm fine. I just got a little chill because of the sudden breeze.'' I reply.

''What breeze?'' He says, raising an eyebrow. Huh? Did he not feel the cold breeze that came just now?  ''Anyway, huh..'' He mutters. ''I just wanted to apologize...For what happened this morning.'' He continues.

''Hey, it's not your fault. I just didn't feel well and i kept this feeling to myself.'' I comfort him.

''Why did you need to talk to Wu this morning?'' He questions.

''It's just about those nightmares that i have... They exhaust me more than they rest me. I keep seeing this dark figure thing in them. Master Wu thinks that they are visions but i haven't seen anything about what could happen in the future. But hey we can't conclude now.'' I respond.

''Why didn't you tell us that earlier?'' Lloyd mutters.

''It might be stupid but in all honesty, i didn't want you all to worry about me. But clearly, it didn't work. I feel like i'm such a burden and-'' I interrupt myself. My eyes soon got wide, realizing i got carried away. I could feel Lloyd's gaze on me while i stayed in silence. Putting his hand on my shoulder to comfort me. I take a deep breath and let out a low tone apology. ''You can tell the others if you want but we're not even sure if it's even a vision.''

''Okay... I could start explaining it to them and thank you.'' He says shyly, removing his hand from my shoulder.

I give him a slight nod. He gets up and walks up to where the others were joking around. I rest my head on the tree's bark, adjust my position to be comfortable, shut my eyes, and enjoy the sound of my surroundings. Even if they are laughing loudly. In a sort of way, i find it calming. I can't help but smile, they were having a good time.

I open my eyes and look around me. I couldn't see anyone, looks like i'm alone. I stand up and take a few steps. Before i could yell i heard something behind me. I turn around and...

''Why hello there, Moki.'' The figure says.

''Okay, how did you get there when i just left the exact spot you are standing right now-'' I ask, confused.

''That doesn't matt-'' It starts but i interrupt.

''What even are you? And how did you know all those things you said to me?'' I interrogate.

''Just call me Onyx.'' It replies strictly. ''And of course i knew everything! I'm a part of your mind.''

''Okay let's go straight to the point. What do you want? No, forget that.  How come i never saw you before?'' I question.

''Let's say that i was always there. Your power and energy feeds me. And before, you didn't have the amount of energy that i needed to be able to free myself from this cage. But you got stronger and soon, i'll be able to take over Ninjago!'' Onyx explains.

''Okay, so you're just like a parasite of mine whose only goal is to take over Ninjago? Well, that's original.'' I add sarcastically. Onyx's face looked offended when i said 'parasite'.

''And oh yeah, i'm the reason you have difficulties controlling your powers.'' I gaze at the figure. Before i could say anything, Onyx got closer to me, putting its sharp finger on my forehead and pushes. I soon got dizzy and everything went blank.
