While the majority of the earth is dying as a result of the diabolical plague that invaded it, there are still certain areas throughout the world that are considered safe enough to maintain the wild life that previously controlled this planet. Areas with a low level of infection, if not none at all, held humanity's final hope of survival.
[ Meanwhile, south USA ]
Some of those extraordinary areas are in a few American states in the north, which are safe since they are far from the core of the nuclear disaster that occurred between both Americas, as well as because they are most likely simple regions utilized for farming only, which means they are sparsely inhabited. That has prevented them to become heavily hazardous by the infection because there were insufficient individuals in these areas for the disease to enslave.
