The next morning Dr. Link came into my room earlier then normal...

This time she didn't knock, lacked her welcoming smile, and seemed rather depressed if you ask me...

But she had a small, newspaper, rapped gift box a little bigger then my hand. I smiled at her as I eyeballs the gift. I was surprised because, before she left yesterday she told me to be ready to tell her what I wanted. Although I had no idea what I did want, I was still going to randomly think of something when the time came for her to ask me.

"Good Morning Jayden..." She said handing me the gift. 'But why?' I asked myself deciding to just go with the flow.

"This is for you, I think you'd like it. Its my favorite." She said finishing her sentence.

"Thank you." I said plainly. Wondering what was inside. But it is probably better then something I would have told her I wanted!

As usual,  She took my arm and injected a odd colored serum. It stung and I started to feel sluggish. A few seconds later I tasted something gross on my tongue!

"Eww!" I cried out... And it must of scared Dr. Link because she let go of the syringe and let it fall to the ground. She looked shocked by my sudden cry.

When the syringe fell it stung me more then ever! Because the needle poked the spot a few times before falling out.

I looked at her and demanded, "What is this stuff!!!" It instantly made me feel ill, and it created a unpleasant taste upon my tongue.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you Jayden..." She admitted sincerely.

"What is this!" I demanded again with the same question, ignoring Dr. Links apology.

"You know I can't tell you... But it's just something that will stabilize you later..." She answered, she sounded nervous... And it scares me!

I studied her facial expressions, hoping  I was misreading her... But no, She was just as nervous as I was.

'Why? I don't no' I thought to myself...

"I'm worried Blue... Dr. Link hasn't been herself for a while now." I struggled to fit it all on the whiteboard as I showed it towards Blue.

He was squinting to see all that I had written. Then he replied, "Like how?"

"I don't really know...But she's not telling me something." I wrote back.

He looked down as he softly bit the bottom of his lip (What he normally does when he's in deep thought) and then he started to scribble something down on his board.

It always excited me to write back and forth random stuff to each other... Only problem was that we couldn't share any of our secrets to one another, without sharing them with the 13 other teens.
But I didn't care.

"Maybe she feels bad for what she's doing?" Blue held up his board and tilted his head as if he was just as confused as I. It made me feel good, knowing that he cared.

"Maybe..." I replied with a sigh. I got up and placed the marker and board on my bed as I made my way to my small bathroom.

My head was still spinning a little from the strong  serum that Dr. Link injected into me.

To be honest... Deep down I wanted to trust in Dr. Link, but how can I when I really don't know anything about her or this place I'd rather not call home?

When I was washing my hands at my sink, I looked at myself in the mirror.

"Oh My Good!" I called out without a second thought! "My eyes!" I echoed out loud what I was really thinking in my mind.

When I calmed down enough, I looked back at the mirror. My eyes were there normal hazel color. But I could of sworn that my eyes were a dark shade of blue a minute ago...

'I must of been seeing things, I guess. Cause how is that posible?" I nervously reminded myself with a quiet chuckle. 'Or maybe its just a side effect to the serum?" I asked myself trying not to give it to much thought.

I had way to much other things on my mind. 'I think I've been looking into Blues eyes to much...' I thought to myself as I blushed walking out of my small bathroom, back into my room.

I was going to ignore what I thought I had seen in the mirror... Because I'm sick of asking questions!

I picked up the board and marker again, and headed towards the glass wall to continue communicating  with Blue.

He was my best friend! My favorite person I would talk to... Not to mention he was very attractive with his dirty-blonde hair, BlueBlueBlue eyes, and his adorable tilting smile!

"Are you OK?" He held up his board for me to see.

"I think I will be..." I replied hoping we could talk about something else.

He looked into my eyes with all of his attention. Why? He's probably just trying to understand stand me... Cause it seems like nobody does...

"I guess you can tell me later..." He wrote back, giving me his smirk that normally made my heart melt.

"Tell you what?" I asked trying my best to ignore his 'flirtatious' acts.

He didn't answer, He only crossed his arms and looked around his room, waiting for me to beg for his attention ( I guaranty it...).

So I gave in and scribbled back, "I'm OK :)" Hoping that will satisfy his curiosity intill I was ready to tell him.
I hope I'll be ready soon...

Soon after our written conversation, we both fell quickly asleep. It was probably that stupid serum acting up...
