Standing so majestically in the living room
Is a tree full of decorations shining in the sunlight
Baubles and snowflakes keep the tree looking festive
Chocolates are there to be eaten up
A star on the very top lights up the whole tree
The presents can fit under well
At night, the lights picture the tree
The room is festive this way
But there is 1 problem
The needles dropping off onto the floor
Standing on them can cause you pain!
A Christmas Tree fits in with the spirit of the celebration
Without one, there is no festivity or bright lights in the home
You need a Christmas tree to feel festive
