Trying to hold them back
But they won't stop flowing
Inside I am shaking
No idea what I'm doing
I cry over the littlest things sometimes
But not out loud
Just in my head
Tears build up like a rainstorm
Water from Niagara Falls collects
My heart pounds
I sit down and think
I try to blink
But the tears don't leave
They stay
They are coming out to play
I feel so dumb yet I don't say anything
Tears speak out for me
But I feel so sad
The world mists over my eyes
All I do
Is cry
As my tears flow
Nowhere else to go
But down
My friends look at me with a frown
But I can't help it
I need to release
Release the tears
