The Backrooms - What's next? (Part 1)

Where am I?

*Thump*... Ugh, what just happened? I fell through the floor, I wonder what's beneath our floor. That's what I was thinking at first then when I opened my eyes I saw it. The yellow walls the buzzing lights and a maze an infinite maze. This is the dream I had maybe I was still in it, I pinched myself but nothing happened I didn't wake up. I don't think this was a dream. Where am I? "Hello?" I said, "Is anyone there?" I tried to cry for help. Until I realized I'm alone, and I'm in some weird place maybe I fell through my room floor and this is what was underneath it. Maybe someone was going to build a... maze below us but stopped the construction, but no I looked up and the ceiling was perfect like nothing broke through it. Where else could I be?

 I walked around a bit and just kept seeing more and more yellow walls. I studied the walls and saw that they all had different patterns. I kept walking for a while and soon found an area not lit. "Yeah I'm not going over there," I said turning around. When I did turn around I saw something black walking across from where I was. I hid behind a wall and looked again, it was gone. I cautiously walked to another wall, whatever was here it wasn't human that thing was tall like 9ft tall, and it had wires wrapped around it. I didn't want to come face to face with it so I went the opposite way. Soon I saw a door, the door was brown and it looked like it had been here for ages. I didn't want to open it, why? Well first I don't know what's on the other side and I also didn't want to find out. 

So, I walked the other way but stopped because I just realized that door is my only hope of getting out of here, and I don't want to meet up with that black thing. Also, I don't want to get lost in this never-ending maze. I went back to the door and grabbed the handle. I twisted it and opened it, When I looked through it there was another hallway but this hallway had yellow walls and it looked like an apartment complex or maybe a hotel? I don't know where this leads, but it's my only shot, maybe there is someone in those rooms. I thought about this until I decide to walk through but as soon as I put my first foot in someone yelled, "STOP!". I turned around slowly and saw a man holding up his hand. He had a mask on so I couldn't really see much of his face. "Don't go in there come to me slowly" He said. I mean I don't know who this guy is for all I know he might want to murder me, but then again I was alone and it would be better to be with someone than with no one. I backed out from the doorway and closed the door behind me. " Where are we?" I said confused.

"Were in the Backrooms"

"The Backrooms? What the hell is that?" I said even more confused

"It's a never-ending maze of torment and death, come with me if you wanna live" He said walking away

Okay, I got to admit that was pretty cheese what he said "come with me if you wanna live" like who says that? But he's my only chance at getting out of here, so I followed him.

"So where are we going," I said still confused

" Anywhere but here," he said sounding scared

"How can we leave ... um the Backrooms?"

"You can't no one has ever got out of here, at least alive"

"WHAT?! I HAVE A FAMILY AND A-" I said before he covered my mouth

"SHHHH do you not know what's in here?" He said uncovering my mouth

"No..."

"Well there's a-" he said stopping in his tracks and looking past me. I don't know what he was looking at until I turned around and saw that black thing looking at us. I looked back at him and he said, "run..."

He then ran away and I followed and heard that thing chasing us well no it was chasing me that other guy had vanished. I don't know where he was but I had to keep running or else...
