Chapter 4

"Hm..." Bai Hua gently opened her eyes, and she was surprised at how comfortable she was. It had been a while since she had last known the meaning of a comfortable slumber. As she got up, she was still in a minor amount of pain, but it wasn't anything too excruciating for her.

"HEY GUYS! BREAKFAST IS READY!" Bai Hua heard Cassiopeia yelling since it was early in the morning. As Bai Hua looked around more, she realized that her bedroom also came with a bathroom, and she was surprised. Not even when she lived with her parents as a princess did she have such a luxury.

As she went into the restroom, she saw that there were already daily necessities for her and she was saddened by this a little bit. "They treat me so kindly... and courteously... Even... better than my parents, and my husband..." Bai Hua frowned as she prepared herself for the day. After doing so, she looked around for spare clothes, and scratched her head in confusion at what was available, but she did not complain as she went downstairs to join her new found family.

Good morning, Bai-" Cassiopeia started before she noticed the peculiar clothes that Bai Hua was wearing. Bai Hua wore somewhat enticing clothes, and Cassiopeia found herself having a nose bleed for some unknown reason. Bai Hua's shirt was a crop top which gave them a good view of her abs, and she wore shorts which barely covered up the top part of her thighs.

"We need to take you shopping for some new clothes..." Katarina noted in a somewhat annoyed tone.

"Kata, there is no way that she could know that those belong to Ashe." Cassiopeia noted while Talon nonchalantly ate his breakfast.

"I am sorry. I just picked out whatever was available at the time..."

"Don't mind my sister. We'll take you out to go clothes shopping." Cassiopeia told her reassuringly as Bai Hua joined them at the breakfast table.

"Damn. I almost died from her sexiness. She's so hot, sexy, and beautiful. My heart can't take this..." Cassiopeia noted to herself as she once again had to wipe her nose of blood.

"Am I really... allowed to eat breakfast?" Bai Hua asked and everyone present gave her a weird look.

"Rule number 2. Although if you don't want to eat it, I will take it." Katarina replied nonchalantly and Bai Hua ate her food at a pretty fast pace.

"Woah there, are you hungry? I can cook more if you want to." Cassiopeia snickered at Bai Hua whose face was stuffed before she chewed and swallowed it all up quickly.

"I'm sorry, it's just how I am due to my military history."

"Military history?" Cassiopeia asked curiously while preparing to make more for Bai Hua. Katarina and Talon both eyed her with curiosity as they wanted to know more about the stranger in their midsts.

"You, in the military? Seems... unlikely..." Katarina spoke with a raised brow.

"That may be, and I wish it was all a dream, but it wasn't. I am the leader of the dragoons, and I always fought alongside my men, until recently..." Bai Hua spoke sadly with a frown.
