Hey everyone! Welcome to my first published story with a plot! I've very excited to see you here! Updates will be probably every other day, because I procrastinate everything when I have an idea for writing.
I take suggestions and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, so please let me know what you think. I do not however take unkind words, so don't say it if it's not nice please. If you don't like the story, you don't have to tell me, just leave.

Jinora is the quiet bookworm, the star student, the teacher's pet. Nobody knows her by name, other than That Nerd Girl. She has goals to get into college right out of high school and become a teacher. She wants to travel the world and teach math to kids who don't have a teacher readily available. Jinora reads, studies and writes, that's all she does.
Kai is the class clown. He loves a good laugh and always has a joke handy. He is known as Kai Gaoling, the Jokester. He is a foster kid who has no idea where he's going in life. His plan is to get into college and get his Associates degree, and figure it out from there. He skateboards, jokes to live, and drowns in homework.
These two had no chance of becoming friends. They ran in different circles, talked to different people and had very different goals. But an accident will throw them together in a way nobody expected.
Jinora walks to school every day, while Kai skates. School in Republic City is always interesting. Jinora takes the bus and walks, but Kai takes the backways on his skateboard.
Kai wears green and brown clothes, slightly baggy, and worn vans. Jinora sports a yellow, red and orange color scheme, form-fitting and adorable every day.
One day, Jinora got an email. Earlier that week Jinora had signed up to be a tutor for struggling students.
Also earlier that week, Kai was recommended for a tutor by his math teacher.
An email throws them together.
