"When I was younger I had a lot of free time, and I spent most of it getting lost in books. These books had stories that normal people would just write off as fiction. I was one of few people however, to look beyond the label of 'fiction' and seek the truths that hid in every tale. One that had always captured my curiosity in specific was a popular myth, that just before the moment of death . . . your life will flash before your own eyes.

I was certainly no stranger to being in dangerous situations throughout my life. Yet, facing death was just out of reach for every single one of them. But . . . it seems as though my luck has run out now.

The sound of my screams must be traveling for miles . . . and the air is only getting hotter the further I fall into the abyss.

Why is time moving so slowly?

Is the lord giving me time to repent?

Or is he just giving me more time to think about all my mistakes . . .

It'd probably be best if I just hush my thoughts for now, and watch if the myth unfolds.

. . . there it is. My life beginning once again."
