Metal Recover

(During the morning at the shack)

(Niki casually walks into Sonic's shack)

(She carefully looks around as she kneels down to the plank that hides all of Sonic's collections)

(Niki digs the chest up and opens it to what further hides in it. As she is going through it, she finds a vile filled with what looks like mercury)

(She turns the vile to read "Sonic, DO NOT TOUCH")

Niki: (tsks) Go figure. (Stands up) Maybe I should return this to Tails, (walks over to a table)

(She attempts to place it in her other hand but ends up trying to catch it. It eventually breaks at the corner of the table and ends up on the table and the floor)

(The vile is in two and Niki remains wide eyed and pauses for a minute to gather what just happened)

(She starts to quickly pace in circles as she eventually found a way to clean it up the best she can, puts everything back, and immediately leaves the scene to go to Tails)

(As she runs the scene slowly zooms in on her elbow)

(At Tails's workshop, Niki comes barging in all nervous)

Tails: Are you good?

Niki: We'll say that. Um, so I have a very hypothetical question.

Tails: (raises eyebrow) Go on...

Niki: (gradually gets fast paced) So let's say, someone found a vile that another person wasn't supposed to have and the original person that found it, was gonna return the vile, but...that vile broke and it had what looked like mercury or liquid led in it. Could what be in the vile be dangerous? (Smiles awkward)

Tails: Depends on what was in the vile. I can't give you an answer unless I knew what was in it.

Niki: (squeaks) Okay... (Starts scratching at elbow and looks as to why it's itchy)

(Niki quickly is wide eyed and hides her elbow the best she can)

(Seconds later, Sonic shows up with a similar nervous expression)

Sonic: Hey, Tails...

Tails: (works on project) Yeah?

Sonic: How mad would you be if I were to tell you that I had something that you told me not to touch?

Tails: (sets tool down and looks directly at Sonic) What did you touch?

Sonic: (chuckles nervously) Remember how Eggman basically succeeded in the zombie apocalypse only instead of rotting flesh, with metal?

Tails: You took the METAL VIRUS VILE?!

Sonic: Except I found it broke...

Tails: (clicks, turns to Niki and worried) Please don't tell me...

Niki: (nervous) What?

Tails: (stern) Remove your hand.

(Niki gulps and removes her hand from her elbow to display the metal virus starting to spread)
