It was almost midnight, and everyone was leaving, and it was clear Wilbur wanted people to leave.

"We should play a game of wii bowling!" Tommy suggests.

Tommy, Phil, Kristen, Jack, and Bill were the only ones left.

"How about another time? You guys should get going before uh...it gets...icy?" He hesitates as I try not to laugh.

They all start to leave over the span of ten minutes, and eventually Tommys the only one left.

"Evelyn can I have a sleepover?" Tommy asks.

"I don't think that's necessary." Wilbur says immediately as I laugh. "She needs her sleep."

"Please Will!" He begs jokingly.

"No no it's okay, you should really get going." Wilbur says as he leads Tommy to the door.

"Fine." Tommy sighs as I walk up to the door.

"Bye Tom!" I smile.

"Bye Evy!" He grins.

I shut the door behind Tommy, and turn around to speak to Will. "So-"

But I'm suddenly stopped by Wilbur practically pining me against the wall and kissing me, and I smile into the kiss as I put my hands in his hair.

Butterflies rush through my stomach as he only kisses me harder.

"Will." I laugh into the kiss.

"Sorry." He giggles as he pulls away.

We go sit down on my couch side by side.

"So." I say.

"So." He says. "You...wanted to...right?"

"More than anything." I smile.

"Good." He smiles. "Cause me too."

"I don't wanna get cocky, but I kinda figured." I say as we both giggle.

"I think." He hesitates. "I think i've loved you since we met Evy, but I only realized it not too long ago."

"Me too Will." I say.

"What?" He asks. "You're in love with me too?"

"You're in love with me too?" I ask with a laugh.

"Evelyn i'm so madly in love with you." He says. "All i've wanted for so long is just you, even when I didn't realize it."

"I think Ive been in love with you for a while, I just now realized it not too long ago." I sigh.

"Well," He says. "Are we gonna try this?"

"I need you to promise me something Wilbur." I say.

"Anything." He replies.

"If this doesn't work out, which I know it will," I start as he smiles. "If for some reason it dosen't, I want you to promise me that we'll still be friends, and this will maybe even be something that brings us closer."

"I promise on my life." He says. "I promise that I will do everything and anything I can to make sure you're safe and never hurt, especially by me."

"I love you more than anything Will." I say.

"I love you more than that." He smiles. "Evelyn?"

"Yes?" I ask.

"D-do you wanna be my girlfriend?" He asks nervously.

I pause and think for a second.

I wanted to be his girlfriend more than anything. And even though he promised to stay friends if it didn't work out, I was still scared. Scared of loosing my favorite person.

But knowing Wilbur, he would never break a promise that he made me.

"I would love that Wilbur." I smile.

He cups my face, before pulling me into a kiss. But this one wasn't a make out kind of kiss, but one with an even bigger meaning. I knew in this moment Wilbur does truly love me.
