Damien looked up at the glowing grid wall that towered before him. He shuffled his feet in the sand as he tried to comprehend how tall the walls were in this room. Certainly, this is one of the biggest he's come across.

But he knows there are bigger rooms out there.

Some time ago, Damien had pledged his allegiance to a childish dark lord of dimensions. Working with this mysterious yet immature individual allowed Damien to behold something amazing, something impossible. But that didn't last long before said dark lord banished him due to his failure of carrying a certain mission. But even if he was no longer working with that man, he needs to at least find a way to rediscover that impossibility and show it to all the peoples of the labyrinth.

He heard the footsteps of his companion walking from behind before he heard him speak. "This place is pretty big, huh?" Robert said casually. "Not gonna lie, you've been staring at that wall like you're gonna punch it."

"I might," Damien replied. "If the core was simply behind this wall, I would definitely punch it here and now."

"Yeah, and break your hand, maybe," Robert reasoned. "Bro, I'll be real with you, I wanna take a break. We've been hunting down the Core for a while, and we haven't gotten anything to eat."

"We already ate," Damien retorted.

"I mean, we didn't get anything good to eat. There's gotta be a room with a good restaurant, ya know?"

That got Damien thinking. Maybe it was time for a change in pace. It wasn't like they were racing anyone else for the Core, so they can afford to spend some time to treat themselves. When thinking of restaurants, there was one particular place that popped into Damien's head, and it was the one that stuck out the most.

"If you can't think of anything," Robert said, looking at the screen on his hubwatch, "I got a few places we can check out."

"Nah," Damien responded. "I actually have a place I wanna go to."

"Oh? Well, then let's walk on over! The Hub door can't be too far." Robert went back to pick up his things. Damien followed.

It's certainly been a long time since I've been there, Damien thought to himself as the duo made their way to the Hub door. Hell, it's been a long time since I've even seen Alice. I hope she's been doing well by herself.
