"I swear it wasn't me!"

He was in his eighteen this time when Eva opened her eyes. They were in a Gas Station across a quiet road and the sun was setting behind the nearby trees. It was a job he got during the summer and a place he would learn to care about.

"Ah, there you are again". Franz was leaning back against one of the gasoline pumps and looking at her emotionless. "How boring. Or are you stalking me?"

He remembered her. How was it possible though, that her presence would have stayed with him as if she had been part of his memories from the beginning? Eva met his eyes with a bad feeling as she walked towards him.

"Will you tell me your name?" he asked.

"It's Eva... Listen. I really have to talk to you."

"So do I." Franz interrupted her deliberately and shortened the distance between them in a few steps. "I still remember you, you know. And I'm quite curious. Explain me why the fuck did you help him kill my sister".

A shiver ran along her spine as Eva met his gaze surprised. A second later someone hit her on the head and the girl fell on the ground abruptly hearing David's voice fading in the distance before she passed out.

"See? I was right".

Tara frowned slightly when she heard the woman in the bed whimpering. Was Eva having a nightmare or something? Nah, that couldn't be, right? After all, she was inside Franz's mind by her own will. How could she have a nightmare?

Tara wondered if she should wake her up though. Eva still had some minutes left but the expression in her face wasn't exactly pleased. What should she do? If only Tara was able to feel something, maybe she could-

Suddenly a howling broke the silence outside followed by a gunshot and Tara looked up to the window with a dreadful feeling in her guts. It also took away all her doubts.
