The unexpected Love story

Blade's POV

So, I was just walking pass the house that finally got sold or rented out which means that someone new is in town. That's gonna make things interesting or at least I hope so. As I was walking to my work place which was just around the corner to the coffee shop that has a small bookstore with in it for writers of all kinds that people have wrote that live in the town, which I think is rather cool. They even sell song people write and cds people have made that way people don't have to work here or the library like most new people do. Unless you have to help out at your mom's store. Just before I could turn the corner this rather short and small girl walked right into me and she had hair that reminded me of the galaxy and her eyes where as dark as the night sky itself. She has been staring at me for the last five minute which is kinda cute because she hasn't noticed. Shortly after that she stutters shyly apologizing " I-I-I a-a-m-m s-s-s-o-o-o-r-r-y." Before I could say it was find she hurried off to what looked like the direction of the library. How cute she is all shy and awkward. Hmm I might have to tell my mom that I am making a small trip to the library just to see what she's like. She most likely works there might be able to get here to work with me and my mom since dad left just last year.

When I told mom that I wasn't gonna be able to work she said alright, but I have to work tomorrow ugh. I just want to write my book that she hasn't even asked how that's going. Anyway now that I have made it to the library she looks like she likes the night based on the outfits she's wearing. I have an idea I can get here a welcome gift and write her a note saying welcome and that she is ok for walking it on me. Unless that would be very weird, I will have to tell mom about her, but I do need to know her name and more about her to tell mom about her. I can say that there is a new person in town. I walked up to the bookshelf and started looking at the books about how to make friends since I never really tried, but never really tried too. I finally found a book that I can try to read and see if that helps me try to talk to her better.

I checked out the book and went straight how before mom caught the book and ask with a very puzzled look "trying to make friends now I see." I blushed a little bit shaking my head and hurrying to my room to start reading this book so I can try to talk to her tomorrow or something. Gosh why does mom have to make it so weird I just finally want to make friends. She is cute and I feel drawn to her for some reason that I can't quite understand yet. Is she what people call my soulmate? Or my other half? I guess I will never know till we start to be friends. I got half way thru the book before I decided to go out for a walk that way my eyes don't hurt from reading for hours on end. Plus it's really nice outside and mom is asleep so she can't ask me how my reading is going. I got my jacket from the closet next to the door and quietly walked outside closing the door just slowly so mom didn't hear it even though she has the best hearing in town. Of course mom still somehow manage to hear that and before leaving asked "how much have you read of that book, and are you trying to put it to use now?" I quickly answered "It's going good on the reading and thought I could use a break from reading and to see if I can find the new girl in town again so I can try to see if she's ok since she still feels bad for walking into me." Ah crap I didn't tell her when I got home about her now she's gonna ask more questions later. She smiles with a very big grin on her face before speaking "oh, that makes sense now. Well you have fun making friends with the new girl." And she winked at me like why mom why. She's being weird like she knows something I don't which again makes sense her best friend Lydia is a person that sees the future, but she doesn't live in this town oh no she lives far away and they keep in touch in the only way they can which is thru this magical phone due to the spell on the town Ivory told me about when I was old enough since I have always been in this strange town since I was born. I can't wait to get out of here.

Now that mom finally let me out of the house even though I am an adult. I was walking around when I found a really good spot to look at the night sky and the stars. Oh how I love the night sky and anything to do with the galaxy. Just like that new girls hair oh how pretty it looked like it was dyed that way her hair was naturally black and her eyes were so mesmerizing like I can't even explain it. As I was thinking about her I smelled this vanilla and strawberry fragrance that smelled like heaven. I looked up and there she was in the most beautiful dress the color of violet with sparkles that look like little stars and moons. Just stunning she is really something and I hope that she is a good person like I feel she is. She then tapped me on the shoulder asking shyly "your the guy I walked into earlier today right?" I nodded because I seem to forgotten how to speak. She continues " Oh good I was hoping to see you again so I can give you this apology gift for walking into you. I know it's not much but here." As she handed me what looked like homemade cookies and cupcakes. Wow she is sweet and this is fantastic I try to think of something to say, but what I ended up saying "thank you I love cookies and cupcakes so it's perfect, but you don't need to apologize to me." That's when I noticed that she was having trouble seeing me and it dawned on me she can't really see that well. How come she doesn't have glasses unless she hasn't found the eye place in town. I continue trying to help her with asking "Are you having trouble seeing miss um...?" She then again tried to look my way since she was still arms length away thats when she started walking closer answering the question with a sad sound to her voice "yea....just haven't found much yet still getting around to find things." I smiled slightly suggesting " how about I help you, if you want of course I can at least take you to the eye place tomorrow so you can see a bit better." That makes sense as to why the librarian kept having to put the books were they went correctly. She nodded shyly smiling a little bit which was the cutest little smile i have ever seen.

I told her to meet me at home before I left heading back to the house with a very nosy mom at the ready. So I told her not to worry she can meet the new girl tomorrow around noon since I have to take her to the eye place which is why sh walked into today. Mom seems rather pleased and when off back to bed with the biggest smile on her face. Weird I went straight to my room and looked at what to wear tomorrow and kept reading the book, but before I knew it I was falling asleep and then I finally gave in to the best night sleep I have had in a long time, which was very nice.
