Sugar. Prue Leith has applied to be a contestant on the bloody Bake-off. I CANNOT let this slide. I rush to the director immediately. "You can't let this twit back on the show!" I scream. The director sighs. "I don't want this either but no rules are saying she can't. the applicants are chosen randomly and it happened to be Prue".

I run to comfort Mary, who is shaking in the corner at the thought of Prue. "Listen, we will get through this," I comfort, "Knowing Prue, she has a plan up her sleeve, but all we need to do is outsmart her, and I have the perfect plan."

The first episode goes by in a blur; the challenge for the first episode is to make something savoury that could be classed as savoury, Which was chosen by me. I try to not think about Prue, knowing she's going to try to end my career. I and Mary act like nothing going on like we always do when we are up to something. Whenever we look into each other's eyes it feels like there is a real connection between us, almost like "love" you would say.

"Times up!" I shout, noticing Prue's devilish look on her face. "Everyone put their baked goods onto the table at the back," Which is a new rule I set for this bake. I start talking while making sure all the bakers are focusing on me and listening to me, Then we start our taste test!

Cerys' Cheese and Onions muffins used old ingredients, Stacey's pork pies were light on the salt, John's palmiers were measured improperly, and the rest of the foods weren't that rememberable till we got the main attraction. "Prue, Please bring your food to the front".

She walks over with a devilish look in her eyes, so what do I and Mary do? Smile back. She places it in front of us. "So what is it, Prue?" I ask.

She snickers. "a Backboard bacon and cheese scone! Go on, try it".

"Okay then," I say. I take a bite. I smile. "Pretty good." She lets out a shocked expression.

"Silly old Prue. I guess I know you too well," I say. "You see, when I and Mary found out about this we immediately knew what was going to happen. First, I convinced the directors to make the first challenge a savoury-themed one, because I knew you'd make the stupid scones you make every year for the director. Knowing you'd make this we needed to make sure you wouldn't mess this up. We placed hidden scales under every single ingredient in your food; We'd be able to tell if an egg was used, if you used a grain of flour, etc. Also, we knew you have all the codes for the doors in here, so we made sure to place scales under all the things you could put in the food. for instance, bleach perhaps?"

I see all the colour drain from her face when I mention bleach.

"So, with all this information, and knowing you poisoned the scones, why would we eat them? When everyone placed their food at the back, I spoke to everyone to make sure no one would be looking at the back when Mary Berry switched out your poisoned scones to the batch I made before we started shooting. You see, I've memorised your recipe with all these years of seeing you make them. So now Prue, you have 2 choices; You either admit that you poisoned the Scones Or you eat them to prove they aren't poisoned."

The room went silent for a whole minute.

"I did it." Prue mumbles.

"Great! Well the police have already been called and they are waiting for you outside, I'd appreciate it if you take your scones with you, I think the police would like them for evidence!"
