I reached home after meeting Jackson. Now I'm little relieved to tell him everything but I still need to tell my parents and I'm very nervous.........how would I tell them......what if they will be sad?
And Lee Uncle........what if Dad and Lee uncle's relationship disturb because of me......but I can't do anything, I don't have choice.
I entered inside, mom was in the kitchen......I went to her slowly. She was busy in doing something. I was standing near kitchen counter, thinking about how should I start......from where I start.
"You came back?" I startled by her voice but nodded.
"Then what are you doing here.......Annie ya will be in her room." She said still doing her work.
"She returned?" I asked still lost in my thoughts.
"Of course, didn't you see time?" she said and I look at my watch........ I shook my head on my absence of mind.
"Are you ok......you didn't even go to college and you are very silent as if lost somewhere......you aren't hiding anything right?" she said diverting her whole attention to me.
"Actually....... I wanted to tell you something." I said fidgeting with my finger, she is looking at me leaving her work and it is making me more nervous.
"Ok.... I'm listening." She said folding her hands near the counter.
"I....I don't ......wanna marry, Mom." I said looking everywhere but her.
"I know you are not ready Kim but there's lots of time in your marriage......everything will be alrig----" she came to me and said while caressing my hairs but I interrupt her.
"No Mom.....I mean to say I wanna marry someone else." I said and her hand stop for a moment and I closed my eyes tightly to accept her every reaction but she didn't say anything so I opened my eyes.
She was looking at me with blank expression, it was scaring me.
"Mom, say something please." I said slowly holding her hand.
"Who is he and why so suddenly........do you love him, do you guys know each other for long time.....are you dating him, did you hide everything from us?........" she asked so many questions in one breath.
"Calm down, calm down.......relax please." I make her stop and sigh, she is always like this......unpredictable. I was scared for her angry reaction and here she is concerned about me...... I smile.
"Ok so tell me about him....who is he, what's his name, where do you meet him, when you got feeling for him?" she asked and I shook my head.
"Aren't you angry with me?" I asked looking at her and she looked at me smiling.
"Why would I be angry when you are sharing your precious thing with me?" she smile to me and I felt so relax.
"But Dad already talk to Lee Uncle......what about that?" I said worriedly because that's the only thing which is bothering me too much otherwise I know my parents....they will never say no to my any wish.
"Your happiness matters the most and it's about your whole life......how can I sacrifice your happiness for just a mare word." She said pinching my cheeks and I hug her tightly.........just how lucky I am to have this much loving and supporting family.
"But what about Dad.....Mom?" I said thinking about Dad.
"Don't worry, I'll talk to him and trust me he'll be happy to know that you are going to marry someone you love but what about Jackson." She said concern about him.
