Zack POV
Situation is getting worse day by day, Boss is trying to handle everything and I can't even help him. It makes me sad but I'm happy that he gave his biggest responsibility to me. Now I just want him to catch the real culprit who is behind all this.
In these chaos Boss isn't getting any time to spend with her but today I'm happy to see them together. I just pray for their safety and happiness. I was thinking about all this when Boss came. I bow to him but he didn't respond as usual.
He went to door directly and he seems.......furious. Is everything ok?? Or maybe the mission was unsuccessful. I can't even ask anything and it was driving me crazy. I hope he is ok.
As the door opened, Kim was standing at the door as if ready to go somewhere but stopped seeing him in front. I went from there giving them their privacy but after some time I saw him leaving the house with his bruised knuckles and his demeanour wasn't like Taehyung.
Did they fight??? I thought and it made me concerned about her. I went inside to check on her but as I entered the scene in front of me was something I never wish to see.
She was sitting with the help of wall and her feet was bleeding too much. I got panicked and my mind wasn't processing as what to do at this situation but I composed myself and went to her in hurry.
"Are you ok???" I asked with concern.
"Yeah I'm fine, it's just I didn't notice this vase and bump into it breaking it into pieces and hurt myself as well." She explained calmly making me look at her in disbelief. I know she is lying, it's because of him although he didn't do it intentionally but he is the reason still she is protecting him.
"You should be careful, let me help you......can you walk?" I held her hand and help her to stand on her one feet.
"I can't go upstairs, just help me to sit on the couch and bring first aid." She said and try to walk. I helped her and took my phone out to call the doctor when she stopped me.
"What are you doing? It's just a small cut don't need to call anyone just bring the first aid." I nodded and brought first aid for her so that she can stop the bleeding and call the doctor anyway. I bring water for her and just stand there watching her as I can't do anything.
After almost 15 min we heard car honk outside indicating someone's arrival. She squints her eyes in confusion but I went to door to escort them. Seeing the people entering her eyes widen in shock and she glared at me but I could careless, doctor also came with them.
"Are you Ok Kim? How all this happen?" Mrs. Kim came to her and hugged her with concern.
"Where the hell everyone was when she hurt herself." Mr Kim said firmly.
"Mom, dad, please calm down. I just got a small cut and why you called them?" She explained them and said to me firmly.
"I told him to tell me everything happening here. I need to know how my son is treating his wife." Mr Kim said making her look at him in shock.
"I m..mean he has anger issues so I just want to make sure that everything is fine.......please don't get me wrong, I didn't mean to interefe------" Mr. Kim tried to explain her but she cut him in between.
"Dad, I know you care about me a lot and I'm very thankful for having you guys by my side but trust me Taehyung never did anything bad with me and he will never do so stop worrying....ok." She make them understand and they smile to her.
"Nothing to worry about but you lost your blood so take care of yourself and take this pain killer." Doctor treat her wound and gave her tablet only making her scrunch her nose.
