Part 21

Annie POV

For about ten minutes, I am just running without knowing the way, I didn't feel that anyone is chasing me........now I think they just wanted Kim that's why the driver told me to step out.

I stopped as It was getting hard to breathe, I stood with the support of a tree, panting heavily. After 2 to 3 min, I started searching for any way to get out of here.......Kim needs me, I thought to call dad, but there's no network connection here.

I tried to look every direction but couldn't find a way, I think I'm lost.......tears build up in my eyes, I sit near a tree, hiding my face between knees. Unknowingly, a sob left my mouth.......what will I do now.

There's no one who can help us....I don't care about myself, but please, God protect her, please. I pray in my heart. I was sobbing slowly when I heard someone shouting.

I raised my head and concentrate.......did they come behind me. My heart started beating faster in fear, but then I heard my name, and I got confused.

Voice was getting closer, and then I heard it clearly.

"ANNIE YA......."

"Jungkook........" I mumbled and tried to know the direction.

"Jungkook." I run to the direction where his voice is coming.

"JUNGKOOK......." I shout his name so that he could hear me. I was running, and he was also coming in my direction as I could hear his footsteps now. It means he was really close.

"ANNI----" He stopped when his eyes fell on me.

"Jungkook........." I said breathlessly due to running, and he was also panting.

When I saw him, I couldn't control my emotions........I run to him and hugged him as tight as I could, he held me in his arms protectively. I was crying on his chest while sobbing.

"It's ok, it's ok.....I'm here." He was saying softly while caressing my head. I hid my face more into his chest, and he was continuously saying soft words to console me.

We were in the same position for almost 10 min, and he didn't move either.

Jungkook POV

I was really scared for her but when I see her safe, felt a relief........her eyes were teary, I wanted to hold her in my arms and wipe her tears but I stopped because I was also the cause of her tears.

I was busy admiring her, even in this state she was looking gorgeous when she ran to me and hugged me really tight. I didn't hesitate either to hug her back at once.

I felt a weird connection with her from the time my eyes fell on her. She is someone I always want to protect with my life, but I'm feeling guilty about my behavior that day........I really hurt her.

I was consoling her but then suddenly I started feeling hot and noticed our position. She was hugging me really tight. It's the first time any girl is this close to me. Her body heat was emitting, and were doing some weird things in my body, but she was comfortable while making me restless.

Almost 10 min passed, we were still in same position, if she is OK then I don't mind at all. She got calm a little bit, and I realized how perfectly her waist fit in my arm.....I know it's weird to think something like this in this situation, but I can’t help it.

I was busy remembering her figure in my mind when suddenly she stepped away from me, breaking my chain of thoughts. I look at her confused.

"What happened?" I asked in confusion.

"What are you doing here?" She asked instead, rather in firm tone, and I realized she is still angry with me, I sigh.

"Kim told me to find you." I said, looking away from her.
