"Wait the guy died" Tyler said. "You killed him" Tyler asked. "Accidentally" Olivia said. "He kept coming at me he got it in his head that I was sleeping with his girlfriend" Mason said.
"Well, were you" Tyler asked. "No, no I wouldn't do that he was my friend he was drunk and attacked me it was self-defense" Mason said.
"And it triggered the curse" Tyler said. "What about Liv" Tyler asked. "I was heading home from a friend's when one of my best friend's came up and started hitting me almost like they were trying to kill me for what I don't know so I fought back till" Olivia said.
"She died" Tyler said. "Yeah, after she died, I went straight home to tell dad what had happened and that was the day I learned about what we really are" Olivia said.
"We lose control if we don't sedate ourselves and chain ourselves down, we will kill anything in our path" Mason said.
"Ty, you have to be careful you don't want this" Olivia said. "All it takes is an accident a car wreck, any death at your hands and you'll have a lifetime of this Liv's right you don't want it trust us" Mason said. "Alright where's the moonstone" Mason asked.
"Deal's a deal we answered your questions" Mason said. "Um yeah I'm not sure but I'm, I'm guessing it's in here" Tyler said and got up.
"My dad he was very kooky about his hiding spots, but I've figured most of them out over the years" Tyler said. Mason and Olivia went to where he was as he moved the rug.
He had opened the safe from the floor. "It's all yours" Tyler said. Mason had started looking through it.
"You gonna tell me what's so important about this rock or what" Tyler asked. "I told you it's just something I want sentimental value" Mason said.
"Yeah, I'm not really buying that" Tyler said. "Why do you really want it" Tyler asked. "Do you know where it is or not" Mason asked. "No, I figured it'd be in here man" Tyler said.

"I can't believe Tyler Lockwood is a werewolf" Jeremy said to Elena. "We're not sure about that yet the only thing we know for sure is that Mason Lockwood is along with his daughter Olivia your friend" Elena said.
"Wait Liv is a werewolf" Jeremy asked. "Yeah apparently" Elena said. "It should be easy enough for us to figure out if Tyler's a werewolf" Jeremy said changing the subject.
"There is no us I said that I wouldn't keep things from you anymore that doesn't mean that I want you involved in it" Elena said.
"By definition of being in this family I'm involved" Jeremy said. "This is dangerous Jeremy you have to stay out of it okay" Elena said. "Alright just saying" Jeremy said and left.

Olivia was with Mason helping with boxes when Stefan came over. "Stefan right" Mason asked. "The other Salvatore" Mason said.
"The youngest" Olivia said. "The nice one" Stefan said. "Hm" Mason said. "The one offering an apology" Stefan said. "Not interested" Mason said. "Dad" Olivia said.
"Look my brother acted impulsively" Stefan said. "You think" Mason asked. "He tried to kill my dad nearly made me an orphan" Olivia said.
"If you and Damon keep at each other's throats somebody innocent is going to get hurt and I don't want that you have family here like your daughter so I can't imagine you'd want that either" Stefan said.
"So, what do you say we just uh quit the whole alpha male fighting thing and just call it a truce" Stefan said.
"I made that same offer to your brother he turned it down with a knife and then went to kill my daughter" Mason said.
"He made a mistake I'm here to make sure that neither one of you make another one and I promise I won't let him hurt Olivia" Stefan said. "Tell your brother to watch his back" Mason said going to walk away before Stefan stopped him.
"Well, I'm guessing he only has to worry about that during a full moon" Stefan said. "Otherwise, you're not as strong am I right" Stefan asked.
"Or you would have killed Damon by now there's two of you there's two of us" Stefan said and Olivia knocked him to the ground while he groaned in pain.
"I can be resourceful" Olivia said holding a bat. "If he comes at me or my daughter" Mason said helping Stefan up.
"He won't" Stefan said offering his hand to shake which Mason took before he and Olivia left.
"What are you doing" Damon asked suddenly appearing. "Negotiating peace on your behalf" Stefan said. "I don't want peace" Damon said.
"Oh, consider it opposite day" Stefan said. "Stefan" Damon said and made his way in front of him. "Please tell me you don't seriously think the handshake just solved our problem" Damon said.
"No actually I think that the first chance Mason Lockwood gets he's going to drive a stake through your heart and then through mine all because you took it upon yourself to try to kill him and went after his daughter so thank you because we don't have enough problems oh before I forget if you go after Olivia not only will you have Mason to worry about but you will have me to worry about" Stefan said and left.

Olivia went up to her room when she saw Tyler. "Oh, hey Ty" Olivia said. "Hey, I gave your dad the moonstone after what happened today I just I don't" Tyler said. "It's okay I get it" Olivia said.
"Where is he" Olivia asked. "You just missed him said he had to go out" Tyler said. "Hey Ty, I'm not really sure why we came but I'm glad we did I really did miss you" Olivia said.
"Then why were you after the moonstone" Tyler asked. "I don't know to be honest I know nothing about it just that it's important for some unknown reason" Olivia said. "I believe you get some rest" Tyler said. "You too" Olivia said and Tyler left.
