Olivia was with Damon and Elena at Elena's while Elena was making chili. "I just don't know why you wanna bring chili to a potluck everybody brings chili" Damon said and Alaric came in the room.
"Hey Ric, what's up" Damon asked. "What time do you wanna go to the Lockwood party" Elena asked him. "Ah those founders parties aren't really my thing" Alaric said.
"Show up there's gonna be nine other people that brought chili" Damon said.
"He's not wrong had to help Aunt Carol find more room that one year" Olivia said. "It's an old family recipe okay" Elena said. "Yeah, I know I knew your old family they made sucky chili" Damon said.
Elena purposely bumped into Damon which Olivia and Alaric noticed.
"Why are you here exactly" Alaric asked. "She knows" Damon said. "He thinks I'm gonna break I'm not going to break I am just going to keep making chili pretend like I didn't just spend the entire summer looking for someone who didn't wanna be found" Elena said.
"She's in denial" Damon said. "I'm not in denial" Elena said. "Yes, you are" Olivia said.
"No, I'm not" Elena said. "No, you're still wearing this necklace isn't this the reminder of your unbreakable bond with Stefan" Damon said.

Caroline had rung, the doorbell and Elena answered the door with Olivia still at the Gilbert House as she went over with Elena. "I come bearing gifts" Caroline said.
"Please say that's not chili" Elena said and then Bonnie made her presence known. "Bonnie" Elena said. "I'm back" Bonnie said hugging Elena and Olivia.
They eventually had pulled away from the hug. "I leave town for the summer, and everything goes downhill for the both of you" Bonnie said and Caroline nodded.
"Bonnie" Jeremy said making his presence known and Bonnie saw him.
"Jeremy" Bonnie said making her way to him as he hugged her. They had kissed before hugging again.

Bonnie, Elena, Olivia, and Caroline made it back to the kitchen. The problem with my dad's normal side of the family is normal made for a really boring summer" Bonnie said.
"I always said normal was boring" Olivia said. "After the last few days, I would kill for a normal family" Caroline said and helped Elena with the chili.
"Since when did you learn how to cook" Caroline asked. "Damon helped a little" Elena said.
"Damon's, helping you cook now" Bonnie asked. "Both of you stop judging he's just trying to be a good" Elena said before she screamed.
"Did I splash you" Caroline asked. "No, no, my necklace Elena said and took it off.
"Let me see it" Bonnie said and Elena held it out to her. Bonnie went to grab it only for it to shock her. "Well, that's strange" Olivia said.

Later Bonnie met back up with Elena, Olivia, and Caroline. "Hey, okay, I got it I have an identification spell that might be able to tell me what magic affected the necklace it's gonna take a while so tell me if anyone's coming okay" Bonnie said.
"So, you're not like switching Salvatore's are you" Caroline asked Elena.
"Caroline" Olivia said. "What" Elena said. "Caroline" Bonnie said. "Stay focused as your friend worried for you daily" Caroline said.
"What is the deal with you and Damon" Caroline asked. "There is no deal he's just been as focused on finding Stefan as I have" Elena said. "Yeah, but that doesn't make him any less Damon" Caroline said.
"Stop judging" Olivia said. "If my own father who I love dearly can't change me no one's changing Damon not even you" Caroline said.
"Look why are we even talking about this" Elena asked. "Hey guys" Bonnie said and the necklace levitated.
"What are you doing" Caroline asked. "I'm not doing anything it has its own magic" Bonnie said.

Caroline, Elena, and Olivia had gone in the Lockwood house. "Did Stefan ever tell you where he got the necklace" Caroline asked.
"No and I never asked hopefully Bonnie will be able to figure it out" Elena said and Alaric came over.
"Please tell me it's time to go" Alaric said. "Oh, someone who read my mind" Olivia said.
"Beyond" Elena said. "Where's Damon" Elena asked. "Probably off somewhere doing bad things to good people consider me the honesty police" Caroline said.
"Caroline enough we get it you don't like Damon doesn't mean you have to go on about it now shut up before I kill you" Olivia said and left.
"Should I be worried" Caroline asked. "I don't know maybe" Elena said.
