2 Years Later.

"Thank you so much for this opportunity" I say shaking the hand of the CEO of Grand Luxury Hotels. One of the best hotels in the country with 6 branches nationwide.

He smiles "My pleasure. My secretary will send you the prerequisites via email and please make yourself at home. Take a tour of our hotel and please have a meal before you leave"
I smile "Of course, thank you"
He nods and walks away.

I turn to Khairat who has forced herself to be my PA which I still don't need.
She giggles excitedly "Can I go to the pool?"

I nod "I'll go check out the cafe. Let's meet back in the room in an hour?"
"Deal"

She hurries off.

The cafe was exquisite and elegant. It felt like I was overseas even though I don't have the experience but I've watched enough movies to know how they look.

I sit by the edge.
The cafe is on the rooftop with a fantastic and breathtaking view.
I got out my phone taking pictures of the view.
If you ask me I would never have thought I'd be here three years ago.

I smile thinking of the man who made all this possible. I hope he is happy wherever he is.

"What would you like?" The waiter asks.
"Uh—just iced tea. Thank you".

He nods and walks away.
It's hot, maybe I should join Khairat by the pool side.
I close my eyes and take a deep breath before releasing it. This is the life.

I open my eyes and freeze.
"I almost didn't notice you, mind if I join?"

I wanted to laugh or smile or at least show a reaction except shock but that was all my face could give me.
"Am I hallucinating again?"

"Not this time"
"Aryan?"

He smiles "It's been a while".

I wanted to leave the book with them separated but I think maybe it's better this way. Plus, my readers have called me out occasionally for my depressing endings so here is one that isn't depressing.

I hope you enjoyed reading this book like I enjoyed writing it.
