Arrogance and Judgement (A Pride and Prejudice Spinoff)

Chapter 2 ~ Alex POV

"Alex" I hear Grace say.
I walk over "you got them?"
I am so proud of her. "Yeah."
I looked at the screen. They were great. "You better send them to me" I say walking away to my room.
I sit at my computer basically Internet stalking my celebrity crush.
Jade Black.
She's so cool. And I'd love to meet her. I'm not like obsessed. I'm just in love.
I've never said that before.
I get up and get dressed. Picking up my skateboard I walk out of my room.
"Grace Im going to go get some coffee or a drink or something. I'll be back" I say walking out.
I hear her saying something like don't get drunk or I'll beat your ass or something. I get on my skateboard and start skating away. I make it half way there till I hear someone shout to me "race ya there" on a skateboard also and skates past me.
I chuckle. Not knowing who it is I skate faster. Enough to go right past them. I make it to the bar and stop. They stop next to me.
I look at their face and freeze.
Jade Black.
She smiles saying "you were fast. Great job"
I smile slightly. Nervous. "Thanks I've been skating since I was 10."
She puts her hand out. "I'm Jade. Jade Black"
I shake her hand. "I'm Alex. Alex Hunter. Nice to meet you"
"Well. Alex. I feel like I've met you before. Let me buy you a drink" she says with a huge smirk. I smirk back. I've been waiting for this moment my entire life. I smirk back saying "of course."

After having a couple drinks

I'm not drunk but she's. Something else.
"How about I take you home?" I ask.
"No I don't wanna go to my house" she slurs. I sigh. Pick her up and walk her to my place because I have no idea where she lives and I know she ain't telling me.
I get to me and Grace's and go in my room and lay drunk Jade on the bed. I ain't leaving her at the bar.
She'll get picked up and raped or something. She falls asleep and I go in the living room and watch Netflix till I also fall asleep.
I wake up like five minutes later to Grace asking who's in my room and I shortly explaining what happened.
I get up and go in my room because its getting late and I finished a whole season of the Walking Dead and make a semi bed thing. Lay down. Then fall asleep.

The next morning

I slowly wake up to see Jade's still sleeping so I get up and walk out into the living room.
Today it's Memorial Day and I was planning on inviting some friends and family over and I can make some food on the grill and set off some fire works.
So I get up and make my way to the bathroom.
Boom
Someone jumps on me. I fall right to the ground. I look over to a laughing Jade.
I chuckle. "Oh hey." I say and smile.
"Hi" she says back. "What happened last night?"
"Well you were drunk and weren't gonna go home so I took you here. I slept on the ground." I reply. I think she was expecting me to tell her me had sex because her face changes and she says "oh."
I get up and dust off. "You can watch some Netflix on the tv I'm gonna go take a shower. Then when I come out I'll explain the plan today."
I walk into the bathroom and shut the door. I start the shower and get undressed. I get in the shower.

After my shower

I get out of the shower, put a robe on and tie it. I walk out and go in my room and shut the door.
I get dressed and do my hair and walk out.
"So. I'm gonna take you home because in an hour some friends and family are coming over." I say to Jade.
"But I don't wanna leave. Can't I just stay when your friends and family are over and I just act like your friend." She says.
"You can stay. I guess." I sigh and go out side to the back yard and finish setting up.
Grace walks out. "Great job"
"Thanks." I say smiling.
Ring
That was the door bell. Here comes the party.
