Alice POV:
I stared at him with my mouth opening and closing like a goldfish as no words came out causing the male in front of me to chuckle seeing my reaction. I immediately looked at him with a skeptical face.
"you only met me yet you're asking me to join your pack? How can you trust me for all I know I could be a danger for your pack?" I asked still pondering the thought of his earlier question.
He looked at me with raised eyebrows before he walked over to where I was.
Each step he took toward me, I took a step back before I felt my back hit the wall causing me to mentally cursed before I looked up at him and glared at him while the male in front just have a smirk on his face.
"First off, if you were a threat then you would have try and attack me and yet the only thing you had done is trying to avoid me" he said with a smirk on his face causing me to look away.
"Why do you want me to be part of your pack" I ask silently wanting to know his true intention as I glance at him.
"I can see that you been through a lot and the way you were earlier you wouldn't be able to survive on your own." he told me calmly causing anger to course through me. How does he know what I been through. I immediately glared at him as a small growl rumble from a chest.
he raised his hands. "Look I didn't mean to offend you." he said as he took a step back.
I looked away and sighed. "Fine, I'll be part of your pack" I said as I cross my arms.
he smiled. "Great, welcome to midnight pack" he said.
I glanced at him and sighed. I finally escaped a cage only to be recapture once again. However, I'll only stand until I regain my energy and escape from this place to gain my freedom I been trying before stepping into this pack territory.
