Moon Princess

Chapter 3

Alice's Pov

I was happy that I was able to leave that pack l thought I called family.

However it been a few weeks that I left running away not knowing where I am and without any food to eat considering the fact that I never learn to hunt by my lovely family I came to know and love. Note the Sarcasm

I walked through the forest silently hoping to not grab other wolves attention if they were close by because I knew if they were to see me then I'll definitely won't be see the next day or achieve my goal of having somewhere else to call a place home.

Eventually even through my tiredness I was able to reach a small river. I quickly walked to the water and happily drink the water not caring who were nearby.

However quickly regretted it as I heard a branch snapped behind causing me to snap my head up and look behind me only to see two wolves looking at me and eventually started growling at me showing me their canines. Not that I shouldn't just stand there.

I stood there for a moment before I bolted out of there only to have the two wolves after me.

I ran as fast I could even with the low stamina I had right now, only wishing to escape from getting attack.

However it was too late as I  felt teeth bite down on one of  hind my legs causing me to stumble and fall down on the ground and looked up at the wolves slowly toward me knowing they got me now.

I slowly tired to get up ignoring the pain I was getting my legs and my vision started to darken.

'Guess I'm gonna die here...' I thought as I slowly closed my eyes.

However before I fully closed my eyes I saw another wolf appear and soon started attacking the two wolves that were there. One wolf that came even with two wolves attacking he was able to handle and before you knew it both of them were running away with their tail inbetween their legs.

Once the wolf knew they were gone. he looked at me for a moment and soon started walking toward me.

No longer able to stay awake I closed my eyes and the darkness consume me.

Knowing that if I woke up that I'll still be alive...I hope.
