Maki pov-
As I'm following megumi going to towards his family I can't help to feel sick, like I'm about to throw up. My stomach is turning but not the good kind. I don't think I'm ready to see yuki or anyone from my past.
I stopped mid walk "Megumi. I don't feel that good I think I'm gonna throw up." I said with his parents only a minutes away and so was my brother.
"What's wrong? Do you need to go to the hospital!" Megumi responded making himself shorter so we made eye contact.
" I think I should go home, but I'm feeling kinda dizzy." I said putting my head down bit avoiding making eye contact with megumi
"Uhh okay okay stay here and I'll talk to my mom saying a friend invited me to go somewhere." Megumi said as he run towards his mom
I feel bad, he should spend his winning night with his family. I'm making this about myself.
He runs back towards me
"My mom said I can go,"
He said as he was getting his stuff
I sigh
"Megumi, you should hang out with your family, I promise I'll be fine. This is your night go and celebrate it." I said walking away from him.
"What no I'm fine, but you don't seem okay." Megumi responded
He grabbed my hands and hold them together. He makes himself shorter so we can make eye contact again. This time I made eye contact back.
"I'm here because I want to be here, with you so let's go so you won't throw up." He said as he's holding my hand and walking away from the park you could tell he doesn't know where to go. I lay my head on his shoulder while telling the directions on where my apartment is.
My stomach is turning, like the good kind.
