DING DING
I woke up to my horrible alarm.
I have school today ughh. The worst part is that I have classes in the high school , the same high school as my older brother. I'm going to pray I don't see him at all.
I get ready for school in silence since I'm the only one in this apartment. The uniform is so ugly and the skirts are so short like this is supposed to be a school. I don't even know why my mom chose the short version.
I walk to school since it isn't that far of a walk. It was a nice walk, lonely but okay.

I'm standing right outside my homeroom , I'm so scared to open the door there's no one I know in here or in this school. I hear the teacher introducing me, uh oh that means I have to go in .
I open the door slowly and walk in confidently even though I was so nervous but I can hide it pretty well. It's easy to hide or fake your emotions when akito is always manipulating you to feel a certain way.
"Class this is our new student maki sohma."
I can hear the gasps from my name alone. No way people talk about Yuki in middle school.
I scan around the room for faces. Until I stop and land on a friendly face. Megumi ! His face seemed so shocked when we made eye contact.
The teacher sit me across from him. This is good I have someone to talk too .
-time skip to lunch , Megumi pov
Right when class ended for lunch I talked to maki straight away since we couldn't talk during class time.
"Maki what are you doing here!!" I asked while were walking to lunch
"I transferred here ? Didn't I tell you?" Maki responded
"Noooo , you didn't even tell me" I said
"Well how am I supposed to tell if I don't have your number." Maki asked as she skipped the lunch line and went straight to a table.
"Omg your right I'll write it down, but other than that what classes do you have after lunch?" I asked.
"I don't even know, I think there's a class in the high school though, can you help me?" Maki replied
"of course I can anything for you" I replied smiling as she rolls her eyes as she heard my response
