With You [VegasPete]

Chapter 07

Vegas wipe his tears and look at Kinn. Kinn nodded. They left to go to the room where Pete was taken.

First, Vegas entered that room. Pete was lying on the bed in the middle of the room with his eyes are closed. Vegas heard the beeping of the machines attached to Pete. He was given saline and oxygen. A lot of wires were attached to him. Vegas went slowly  to Pete. He put his hand on Pete's cheek. He softly touched the bruises on his face and neck with his fingers. Vegas spoke him softly.

Vegas : Pete do you hear me baby? Please open ur eyes and look at me. Pete...

Porsche touch vegas's shoulder. Kinn took a long breathe.

Kinn : Vegas lets give some time to him. He will open his eyes. We have to be patience.

Vegas : This is the second time I've fallen for someone like this. I was very wrong the first time. I was suffered so much, After that, I didn't trust anyone until I met Pete for these four years. I can't go back to the way I was.

At minor family house

Gun was furious at what had happened earlier. He slammed on the tables and overturned it in anger. That bodyguard A and two other bodyguards manage to escape. They said to Gun, that Vegas killed everyone and took Pete .

(except the rape part though, Gun didn't get to know what his men had done to Pete )

many phone calls Gun made to Vegas, Vegas's phone was still disconnected. It was clear that he was going to lose Vegas from now on. Gun screamed with anger.

Gun : Go and find them both and bring them to me without any harm. Otherwise, don't show me your face again. I will kill everyone.

(Vegas' revenge didn't happen now because they should have faced a worse fate than being killed by  Vegas'  one bullet for what they did to Pete. Now Vegas only focus about Pete. Vegas' revenge can be seen in the upcoming chapters.)

At the hospital.

Its Almost two days had passed without any sign of movement from Pete. Vegas didn't budge an inch from Pete. He was holding Pete's hand and urging him to open his eyes quickly.

Suddenly, Vegas felt a slight movement of Pete's finger. Vegas hold Pete by the cheeks and started patting Pete on the cheek, saying his name.

Vegas : Pete.... can you hear me? Pete..

Pete slowly opened his eyes. He looked up for a while as if to regain his senses. Vegas turned Pete's face with tears of joy in his eyes.

Vegas : baby can u hear me?

But immediately Pete's expression changed. His face looked as if he had seen something very scary. He closed his eyes tightly and started screaming and crying.

Vegas couldn't control him and Pete started to struggle.

Vegas called out to the doctor. The doctor came and injected Pete and put him to sleep.

Doctor Tin : This is what I told you about. He is very weak mentally. He doesn't recognize anyone yet. He is still living through what happened to him. We have to give him some time to recover. Let's not panic and try to move these things forward.

Vegas nodded with teary eyes.

Next time When Pete woke up but there was no response from him. He kept looking in one direction. He didn't even talk to anyone. He even refused to eat. So the doctor had to keep giving him saline.

Vegas was very worried about him. Vegas wanted to take Pete somewhere else. He consulted by the doctor about this.

Vegas thought that if he lived alone with Pete, he would be able to heal faster.

So, Vegas go outside and make a call for someone.

Vegas : hello Aay.. its Vegas.

(He is special to Vegas. He is also a key figure in the story surrounding Vegas. His name is Aay. (New character) I will tell you about him at the right time bubbles)

Kinn and Porsche arrived to visit them

Porsche : What's your next plan Vegas? What are you planning to do?

Vegas : i have plan. I can't even tell you guys. That could cause a problem for Pete's safety. But I need help. I need about a week for it. During that time, I need a safe place to stay with Pete. Can you arrange it Kinn?

Kinn : i can do that. But who is behind this?

Vegas : my Dad

Porsche : what? how did u know? Are u sure about it?

Vegas : i have my sources. You know about my father. Keeping Pete here is a threat to his safety. I will take care of it when my turn comes.

(Vegas's face turn in to red with anger)
