At the Dormitory
As I entered the dorm building I was greeted by a receptionist "Hi! How may I help you" I replied "My name is Aakansha Malhotra and I want to check in my dorm" She smiled and said "Sure Ms. Malhotra Can I see your Confirmation letter and ID Card" I took out my ID card and Confirmation letter "Here it is" I said and She checked the documents and said "Ms. Malhotra your room is on Fourth floor 401 and your roommate is Ms. Sinha. You may take the lift to your room" She said by indicating to my right. Ms. Sinha that means my roommate is Indian It would be fun, Being a curious brat asked "If you don't mind may I ask if she has come?" She nods and says "She has She came thirty minutes before you" I nod and left for my room.
On the fourth floor
When I was outside my room I knocked on the door and Ms. Sinha replied "Come in" I went in and said "You must be Ms. Sinha" She nodded and said "Yes and you must be Ms. Malhotra" I nodded and thought she is as curious as I am. She said " There is no need for formalities you can call me Myra" "and you can call me Aakansha" I said "Come Aakansha, I will help you unpack your stuff" Myra said "That is so sweet of you Thank you so much Myra " I replied.
We started unpacking my stuff while having small talk "By the way Which part of India are you from" Myra asked "I am from Delhi and you?" I replied "I am from Mumbai initially but my hometown is Manali," She said smilingly "Manali is a beautiful place" I replied she nodded. "Myra what does your family do in Mumbai," I asked "My family owns Sinha Co-operation under us we have some designing companies like fashion design, Interior design, Architecture, and many more," She said "Oh! I have heard about your company I remember my dad telling me that your company designed our house in Mumbai" I reply excitedly "Is it? then what does your family do in Delhi?" She replied smilingly "My family owns Malhotra Group of Technologies we are the biggest tech group in New Delhi and the UK," I said "Oh I have heard of that so that means I am talking to the Young Madame of Malhotra Family" She replied mockingly "Oh come on you are also the young madame of Sinha Family" We laughed after we were done unpacking I rested for some time. While we were talking I realized she is really sweet and has a Good nature. I am glad I got a roommate like her.
