Chapter 8

AJ goes back to his house, AJ then opens the door and going inside closing the door behind him. He then goes to the kitchen, and grabs an apple then goes to his room and closes the door behind him "Hey AJ can I come in?" "Yeah" his father then enters his room. "Hey did you hear that your brother escaped from the hospital, I'm trying to find him but no luck" AJ shakes his head "No I didn't know dad" "okay just let me know if you find out something about your brother, I'll continue looking for him, I left some food for you to eat" "thanks dad" his dad nods then leaves. After a few hours AJ hears a knock on the front door, he then goes to door to open he finds his cousin Emalie standing there "hey AJ can I come in?" AJ then nods and moves to the side to let Emalie in "Did you find out about JJ?" "Yeah he went to his apartment" Emalie looks at him confused "how do you know that?" "I was there when he entered he tried to hurt me, but once I realized who it was he stopped attacking me" AJ replies "and what happened next what did he tell you?" "He told me to go back to my regular life before all of this, but I can't. I can't just leave Vic-" AJ says eyes tearing up "I can't just leave Victor just like that" "Who's Victor if you don't mind me asking?" "He's my boyfriend, or was now that my brother is back I won't be able to see him anymore" " And was Victor a person in your group and was he a know a human?" Emalie asks AJ nods his head Emalie gasps "No please tell me your joking" AJ shakes his head "Shit! Do you know what could happen to you? You could get killed for falling in love with a human, I'm not upset about you dating a guy but I'm worried about you dating a human of all things" AJ nods his head "You of all people should know how that feels! You fell in love with a human who just happens to be you roommate!" Emalie stays silent after what AJ said, "Look the reason why I'm saying this is because I don't want you to end up like my parents did" AJ looks at her in shock "how did you find out about it?" "My uncle told me a week ago, it took a while to understand why I was raised by my uncle, but now I know why he hid it from me for so long" Emalie says AJ looks at her in understanding "Look I know that you and Victor like each other but you'll have to keep it a secret unfortunately, hey go look for him then don't let your brother stop you from going after Victor" "Yeah your right well thanks I got to go see you later" AJ then leaves flying down the stairs.

-at the secret hideout-

Victor, Nicky, and Alejandro were discussing a new plan " Hey Nicky have you seen Leo?" Alejandro asks "No I haven't"  Nicky says Alejandro nods. "Hey Victor have you seen JJ?" "No I haven't and who even cares about him" "I do he's important for our plan to succeed." "Whatever" Victor mutters under his breath.

-A few days later-

Victor goes to hideout that AJ and him went, he goes to the back of the abandoned building and finds AJ just sitting there "I finally found you" AJ looks at Victor in shock then gets up and begins to fly trying to get away from Victor "Hey where are you going?" AJ looks behind him Victor chasing him he then continues to fly away then looks behind him to see that Victor isn't behind he then stops flying and goes to ground looking around then he feels at pair of arms around him from behind him holding him still "Hey let go of me Victor" "I'm not letting you go I finally get to see you after a few days of not seeing you" AJ looks at the floor "Can you at least tell me your name?" "AJ" AJ replies, Victor turns AJ around to face him "AJ" Victor says in relief hugging him "Hey can you promise me something?" AJ nods "I don't want to see your face again" Victor says then he lets go of AJ then leaves, AJ then begins to cry falling to his knees sobbing.

Victor goes to the hideout, Seeing Nicky and Leo there "Hey your back Victor, hey have you heard from JJ yet?" Nicky asks " No I haven't" Nicky nods, a few minutes later Alejandro arrives with JJ right behind him,  Nicky goes to JJ and hugs him JJ hugs him back "I missed you Nicky" Nicky looks at him in confusion "What do you mean by that?" JJ shakes his head "Never mind" "hey JJ can I speak with you for a bit" Victor says JJ nods they go outside "What do you want to talk to me huh?" "I know your not the JJ that I fell in love with" "what the fuck are you talking about?" JJ then goes to leave,  but Victor grabs him by the wrist then turns JJ around then pushes him to ground choking him " do you give up?" Victor asks JJ "No" replies JJ, he then punches Victors arm, Victor then loosens his grip on JJs neck he then grabs him by the collar "You have a twin brother" "Twin brother my ass" "Don't lie to me I know everything" " the fuck are you on huh?" "TELL ME SPEAK!!" "Don't get near my younger brother ever again" JJ replies "You can't stop me from getting near him, and you can't stop him either" Victor says to JJ.

-a few days later-

Victor and AJ are laying together inside a tent in the hideout building they were at "Hey I haven't officially asked you if you wanted to be my boyfriend yet" Victor says turns to AJ laying on his side "Yeah you haven't yet" AJ replies turning to face Victor on his side " AJ do you want to be my boyfriend?" AJ smiles and goes to hug Victor "Yes I want to be your boyfriend!" AJ says then kisses Victor on the lips. "Do you want to know something about faes?" Victor nods "faes also believe in reincarnation like some humans do to" "yeah? I never knew that" Victor says to AJ "also faes have a way to show that they have a mate" "A mate? What's that?" "A mate is where a fairy or fae like me leave a symbol on their significant other or partner" Victor nods his head "it's traditionally only for fairies but since more fairies had children with elf's they had a way to show that they had a partner" "oh okay" Victor says he goes to kiss AJ he looks at him for confirmation AJ smiles at him Victor kisses AJ on the lips soft. AJ flips Victor on his back, the kisses turns more intimate, Victor begins to put his hands under AJs shirt Victor breaks the kiss he looks at AJ for confirmation to continue. "Are you okay to continue?" AJ nods "Yes I'm okay". Once they were done making love, they were cuddling in the makeshift bed inside the tent AJs head rests on the chest of Victor wrapping an arm around his waist. "Hey AJ can you leave a symbol on me or is that not possible because I'm human?" Victor asks AJ looks up at him "Yeah it's possible but it's going be a bit painful" "that's fine as long as I get to stay with you" AJ nods "Okay one question I have to ask you, where do you want me to leave the symbol at?" "I'm not really sure" Victor says honestly "where is the least painful place?" "Umm... I would say your wrist" AJ says, Victor nods getting up pulling AJ up with him sitting up blankets covering their bottom half "O-Okay whenever your ready" Victor says nervously, AJ then places his hand on his left wrist and says some sort of enchantment and Victor feels a slight pain on his wrist, then AJ lets go of his wrist. "Done" AJ says, Victor looks at his wrist, seeing some sort of symbol on his wrist "What does the symbol mean?" "Well each symbol is different, depending on the bond that a fairy or fae have with their partner, and the the symbol that is on your wrist means partner for life" Victor looks at the symbol seeing a medium size spiraling heart. Victor smiles at it "I'm yours, and your mine till the day we both die" AJ says looking at Victor with a smile on his face "Are you proposing to me?" "I just did, the symbol is like a wedding ring for us faes and or fairies, look I have the same symbol on my left wrist as well" AJ shows Victor his wrist.
