Aaaah, Mei's been avoiding me ever since I said I love her. We're both still blushing to this moment. I just can't stop thinking about her...

*scratching my hair* agh, love is so complicated... Did I do something so wrong? *chuckling*

"What's so f-funny, Ryo?" Mei puffs her cheek.

"Nothing!" I stand straight and shout.
Ah.. The Sakura blossoms near our school. I can never stop looking at them, other than Mei; My heart thumps when I look at her...

That day I told Mei... I really meant it. I hope she knows, but I don't want her to take it the wrong way.

I know. Ryo meant it. But I don't want to know it was true. This was the first time I felt so embarrassed..! Ryo.. I love him too. But there's no way I would tell him.

"Na, Mei, Ryo!" Shin shouts, "wanna hang out?!" He smiles a smile so big.

So many dudes like Mei. I see why.

"W-wai..." I say.

"Mei! I'll show you and Ryo around the campus !" Shin screams.

"Hm, Ryo..?" She smiles.

To be honest, I didn't want anyone to steal Mei from me. But no one deserved her, only the best of the best. That is why I wanted to become the best for her.

"Naaa, Mei! You comin'?" He blushes.

E-Eh, he forgot all about me! (lol)

"A..ah! I'll be there!" Mei says.

Mei... She actually went. What is this feeling... Jealousy?

I shake my head.

"I can't be selfish and be jealous of them!" I whispered.

But deep inside, I knew I couldn't let Mei go. No matter what. I chase after Mei and Shin.

"Wait! I'm coming too, Shin!" I say while panting.

"H-huh?! You crazy Ryo?! You almost rammed into me. Mei left right when I asked her to check out our basketball club." Shin explained. "Uwaah, she is really pretty and smart! You know what she said to me?! She said I seem like a nice person! UWAH, I'm crazy over her. Say... You don't like her right?"

He's crazy over her..? Mei... Do you like Shin..? No, no... There was no way Mei would fall for anyone. I felt hatred towards Shin.

"Wh-what?" I say with a blank face. "Thanks anyway Shin. I don't feel good today!" I run off.

Mei can be cold. Mei can be scary. Mei can be funny. She's pretty. She's beautiful. She's cute. She's gorgeous. She's intelligent. She's strong. She's caring. Lots of people like her. I like her. I love her. She is there for me, and I will promise to always be there for her.

"Mei! Wait" I tried to reach for her hand.

"Ryo?" She held out her arms for me to fall. "Are you alright?"

"U-uh huh!" I blush straight out of her arms. "I-I thought you were leaving me, that's all!" I exclaimed.

Mei laughs and pats my head. What a nice and warm feeling...

"No way." She smiled. "Shall we head home together?"

"Yeah!"

"R-Ryo... I need to shower. S-so please don't come near the bathroom!" She squeals cutely.

"A-alright!" I shut my eyes so I won't see anything unexpectedly.

No perverted thoughts. Ah, what am I thinking?!

"M-Mei! I'm leaving a towel out here for you!"

"...A-ah!"

"How refreshing!" Mei sighs a deep sigh of relief. "Ryo's sleeping... He must be tired from this long day. Good night Ryo."
