With a yell from The Golden Edge as well as The Bronze Age, the battle began. The mega army of knights charged in to fight the Alloynian warriors but were easily blocked by the latter. It wasn't long until the sound of gunfire filled the air, with bullets hitting the armoured soldiers. The ally troopers fell to the ground, blood pooling around them.

Meanwhile, The Bronze Age and Jocasta moved away, allowing the Alloynian Knights to engage in combat. The Golden Edge and Head Knight Ren engaged with the enemy soldiers, using their preferred methods to defeat them. With blasts of telekinesis and stabs of swords, the enemies fell to the floor, unable to move. However, some soon regained their strength and tried to attack again.

As the battle continued, The Silver Lining attempted to protect himself from the mind-controlled Platinum Shard. Unfortunately, his efforts weren't enough against the powerful woman. Before he knew it, he found himself being thrown back by her attacks. He tried to counter with his bow but before he could retaliate, she unwillingly used her axe's abilities. Sending huge rocks launching at The Silver Lining, he managed to dodge two of the projectiles. However, when the third hit his helmet directly in the centre of his forehead, he fell to the ground, gasping in pain.

The Bronze Age held his breath, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike. As he watched The Silver Lining land on the floor, he smirked. A moment later, he ran forward, placing his hand onto the ground. With a grunt, he pushed off of it, launching himself towards The Silver Lining. As he got close, he lifted up The Sword Of Talon, swinging it downwards.

It seemed the Ingoshian leader was about to be slain until a blast of ice smashed into The Bronze Age's stomach, knocking him to the ground. As he groaned in pain, The Golden Edge sprinted forward. As Ren and a few knights held back Platinum Shard, Ivy helped the Ingoshian leader to his feet.

"Are you okay?" She asked, helping him up.

He nodded.

"I'll be fine. Just... A little dizzy is all."

She smiled, giving him a pat on the shoulder. As the two stood side by side, they turned to The Bronze Age. As they went to attack, something would suddenly stop them.

"Golden Edge!" Jocasta screamed, running forward with her eyes glowing. "Fight me!"

As soon as she finished her sentence, Gaslight's abilities took effect, with Ivy turning to face the villainess.

"Gaslight!" The Golden Edge yelled, aiming her staff at the girl. "Stop this!"

"Never!" Gaslight snarled. "This is my chance to get revenge!"

Before she could finish her words, The Golden Edge fired an ice beam straight towards her. It knocked Gaslight back, causing her to fall onto the floor. Clenching her fists, Jocasta jumped to her feet before flinging her arms to her sides. A bronze blade revealed itself on her right arm before a golden one appeared on her left.

"Take this!" Jocasta shouted, thrusting both blades forward.

Ivy quickly lifted her staff high into the air, attempting to block the double blades. However, she failed to do so, receiving minor cuts across her arms. As Gaslight tried to move forwards, she received a blow to the back of her head, forcing her to stumble backwards. As she turned to look, she noticed Head Knight Demetrius, Ivy's grandfather. After hitting the back of Jocasta's helmet, it seemed the armour protected her from any more damage.

"You step away from my granddaughter!" Demetrius bellowed. "Or I'll make sure it's the last thing you do."

Jocasta chuckled.

"You think you can hurt me that easily?" She taunted. "Kill yourself!"

Ivy's eyes widened as she noticed Gaslight's eyes glowing, shaking her head.
