"do u wanna go on a date with me?" he asked

so the next day awase came to my dorm to walk me to class but i told him that i didn't want to be with him anymore even if i lost him as a friend

he assumed it was because of kirishima but i told him the truth , it wasn't. he stormed off and i finished getting ready and i then walked to class

class was easy , we just took notes but i noticed awase kept staring at me throughout class

"ready" red asked me as i packed my bag for lunch

"yep my car or yours?" i asked

"well who payed the last time?"

"you" i lied

"oh really?" he asked smirking

"yea i remember" i said

"you tried this last time"

"no i didn't" i said as he opened my door

"yes you did. i'm paying this time" he said and i shrugged

"i mean if you want to" i said as he started his car

"i broke up with awase, and thank you for the stuff yesterday i owe you" i said and he smiled

"that's fine . you don't owe me anything"

"i'll miss him as a friend though" i said going on my phone. then red pulled into somewhere and held my hand

"you didn't need him anyways y/n you have a lot of people that care about you" he said and i didn't know what to say

"you're so pretty . i'll be back to grab our food it's a surprise" he said letting me go and i still didn't know what to say

it's something about him . he's so...i don't know

"here" he said getting back in the car . it was a container of something and it smelt great

"what is it?"

"a surprise remember?" he said chuckling . a few minutes later he took us to the beach? why the bea-

"you coming?" he asked with my door open . i nodded and got out of my seat belt but soon remembered my shoes

"oh right" i said to myself as he took the food. i grabbed my bag and took my slides out of there and switched my shoes out

"what are you doing?" he asked already ahead of me

"i'm not messing up my shoes , is u dumb" i said and he came back after he set the food down

"here let me help yo-"

"i got it" i told him sitting in the back seat taking my shoes off

"and i said let me help you princess" he said taking my shoes out of- wait a damn minute

"princess?"

"well a princess deserves princess treatment" he joked . after he put my shoes on for me, he then did something surprising, this man picked me up so i wouldn't have to walk

"what are you doing, put me down"

"in one second " he said now sitting me on a bench. he handed me my container of food and pushed our drinks down into the sand just a little to where they could sit comfortably without spilling but also wouldn't get hot due to the sand

"ok so can i open it?" i asked and he nodded

i opened the container and saw it was a skillet . if y'all don't know a skillet is pretty much an omelette that's not folded . it has chicken , tater tots , cheese , onions - i know it sound horrible but its sooooo good i promise
