While feeling like giving up- Say no multiples times, drink water, fill a bottle, eat a fruit, warm up and exercise.

While having depressive thoughts- Calm down, get a blanket, drink water, take a break.

An*rexia thoughts- Deny them, say no, wash your face, drink water, get a blanket, grab a snack and watch something to cheer up.

Periods- Go easy!! Take breaks more often, have more sweet snacks, stop when cramps, do stretching exercise instead of heavy ones.
