Chapter 1

Who would have thought that my life would change , finding the truth from my parents who were hiding it ............. the truth of who really am i.................A Vampire ...

Getting back to where it all started .

I was just sitting on the back seat in a huge plane heading toward spain to meet my family for my birthday saying that they wanted to tell me something important ... well i'm not a baby anymore to celebrate my birthday , i'm 20 already!!.

Looking at the window , i could see Spain , i smiled while remembring all my childhood memories there .

My father was always busy working in Spin so we moved , and bought a house near the forest , i always wondered why they bought it there ? i mean there were so many big houses and more cheaper in the city , but i droped it , because my mother  always got angry when i asked .

When the plane landed i came out and took a deep breath , it's really different here this is the place where i grew up , i mean that's right  i'm not from this country but i had enough memories to make me feel like i'm back  home.

I walked and gave my passport to the stuff to check it , it took longer than i expected , After half an hour i was finally able to go outside the airport.

''Shawn'' Heard someone calling me , i looked behind and found my brother David he was only 4 years old , he was heading towards me , so i looked around to search for any other family member , i saw someone was waving at me , it was my mother , i smiled and waved back.

I held David's hands and walked toward her , '' How are you sweety ? '' she asked , i released David's hand and hugged her .

''I'm fine mom '' she was really thin , well i can imagine her , getting the house ready for me , She got into the car ''Come on , get in your father is so excited that he is going to kill me if we arrived late ''.

I chuckled and nodded , i got into the car and put david on my lap , we spent the first ten minutes in silent then she turned on the radio . and started to sing along with it , i expected that she will do that , well she was a party person , the opposite of my father , he is a muture person , who works really hard and take everything seriously .

When we arrived , my mother closed the radio , i was happy because her voice was not really ... good , i put David aside and opened the car's door , and got out , taking all my bags with me .

i took a fast look at the house , i saw my dad waiting outside the house , he was standing near Jacob our neighbor , he is my father old friend '' Hey Shawn , How are you '' Jacob said .

''Fine , just happy to be here ' i smiled while looking at him , he was always friendly with me , i thought of him as my second father .

Dad hugged me and took me inside , it felt really warm ''Home Sweet Home '' , even though i studied in Rome for four years it didn't make me forget my sweet warm home .

We sat and talked for hours , eating our lunch , suddnly somone called my dad and said something that made him change his mood to an angry one , he left with a really angry expression .

I took the chance to get out to meet my friends , i promised them that we will meet at the club , to tell the truth i preferred that more than staying with my familly asking me stupid questions like '' what did you do there ? '' , '' do you have a Girlfirend''' i really hated those family meetings.

I took my mother's car and started to drive , good thing she told me the directions , because things really changed with a short time .

When i reached there , My friends John , Sayd and luke , they waved at me ''The birthday boy finally arrived '' Luke said while holding his drink up , everyone laughed so i glanced at luke , sayd and john on the other hand held my shoulders '' Lady's first '' john said '' very funny john '' he laughed .

I ignored all their silly comments and ordered a drink , looking at them , they were like monkeys more than humans , going from a  place to another , laughing , making stupid faces .

When the order came , sayd hit my elbow with his , i looked at him '' Well , how long are you planning on staying in spain ?'' he asked , i drank a little then looked at him again '' well... until i decide on what should i do with my life '' he laughed .

We laughed and drank alot , well good thing that drinking is my thing and the party was getting more crazier until my phone rang , i looked at the number it was my mother , i went to a quiet place , '' Hello mom . what's wrong ? '' i asked , hearing weird noise in the background.

'' Honey you need to get back now !! '' when she said that i got worried , my mother wasn't that type that called me telling me to get home , '' what's wrong ? is everything alright ? '' for a second i could hear my dad shouting angrily .

'' Shawn , please come fast and now , if u dont - '' Suddnly lost signel , i looked at my phone , it was perfectly fine and the battery almost full , i was worried so i decided to leave , waving at my friends trying to get their attention from the dance floor.

They noticed and came '' What's wrong shawn ? '' Sayd asked , '' i need to get home '' Luke raised his eyebrow '' man it's still early for leaving '' , i nodded and said '' i know that , but it seems like there is problem at my house '' .

I left them and got out , it was harder than i thought , there was so many people standing in front of the door , i had to use some of my power to be able to get out .

when i pushed the club's door to get out , a cold air hit my skin , i continued walking , so that means i had to walk more in the cold air then i felt like someone following me  , i looked behind but didn't find anything or anyone  when i turned back to continue walking toward my car , i saw a tall man standing just right infornt of me.

he had a really white skin , wearing a black coat , and had a big grin on his face , that made me think twice of walking pased him so i just  decided to pass him , but that wasn't the best idea.

he stopped me putting his hand on my shoulder , i looked at his eyes , '' where are you going pretty boy ? '' i slaped his hands , and ignored him , and gave him my back , he hit me from behind , his hit was really strong that made me fall down ,i glanced at him , he was grinning .

'' What with those eyes ? '' he said ,while heading towards me , i standed up and looking at him '' why did you hit me ? '' i asked '' well i just felt like it''  then he was about to hit me again with his fist , i Avoided it , i was good becuase i used to alway get involved in so many fight back at high school.

'' nice , better than i thought , let's see if you can avoid the next one '' , '' Show me what you got ''  his moves was getting faster and faster that it was hard for my eyes to follow him , without noticing it , he hit me on my stomach , i felt like i was about to die from the pain , it was not any normal punch , it was a really strong one , like he had an iron hand .

'' hmm ? is that all what you can do ? , you didn't even enjoy me '' i tried to look at him , i was putting my hands on my stomach , '' weak , i bet that your mom will entertain me more than you '' he had a filthy grin on his mouth .

'' Don't you ,,,,, dare.. touch her '' my voice was really weak , '' what will you do ? try to stop me, like her little hero ? '' he laughed , i tried to stand up but he hit me again with his legs , and that wasn't really good.

''  i will also entertain her , so dont worry '' he said that , i was really angry for two reasons , first i can't do anything , second he was talking about my mother !! , and he wasn't joking about it , he was talking serouisly , he pointed at my car '' isn't that yours ? '' i looked at him and didn't answer , '' i guess that is 'yes ' '' he headed toward it,

''don't worry i will make sure that she don't worry about you '' he said while giving me his back ''Sto,,,p'' i said , my voice was weak that he didn't hear me or he just ignored me '' S...top'' i tried to stand up , good that i was able to , but still my body felt numb '' stop '' he looked behind and smiled '' i cant hear you '' .

he was getting more and more closer to the car '' I SAID STOP!!!! '' i shouted ..... the last thing that i remember was blood  everywhere .
