I was following this tall man with strides so fast, that I gasped hard for breaths. He took me through a staircase, crossing various corridors we reached a pair of doors that were as same as the doors of dining hall. The only difference was the door had 'Ezenquiel Endrizzi' written in Italic fonts, colored in golden.

He pressed a card against a side of door, it opened. He jammed it back in his suit jacket's pocket. He stepped in, so did I. My breaths hitched at sight. Huge enough like a football stadium. Glorious enough to look like a palace. My oldest brother, walked across the black table, sat on the high leather chair. He seemed like an emperor of a realm. While I stood in front of him as a commoner. Well that feeling was short lived when he, with motion of his hand, asked me to sit.

I did.

He opened his sleek black computer. Typed furiously. While I sat with they tip tack sound of it. Soon, the sound fell deaf to my ears and I fell into the pits of overthinking. Yesterday, I was in a tiny village of Italy, and today I am in the capital of it. Yesterday, I had no place to live and today I live at this estate. And today I'm awaiting, for this man to stop his work and enlighten me- why was I called here.

Will I be scolded for doing that downstairs?

Or is he going to kill me-

Thud sound of closing the computer cut my thinking short. With a hand, he slid the machine to a side.

Chin raised up, he loosened his black tie to a bit. Pulling the chair to little back, he kept a foot on other knee.

"Eleftheria," he begin in low voice, "I'm extremely sorry for your loss." He bluntly uttered an apology.

I shook my head, "thank you. Though, you don't have to be sorry." His eyes darkened, I lowered down mine.

"Accept my sincere apology," He sounded firm so I quietly nodded in agreement. "Have you made yourself comfortable here?"

"I have."

"That's great." He picked his phone up after it vibrated for about a moment. He sticked the device against an ear, humming, he kept it back on the table.

"Can I leave?" Flicking a stray strand of hair being my ear, I got up.

"Sit back."

I sat down once again.

"Now Eleftheria, since you're here, I want to discuss something." He sounded dreaded and calm. Serious and firm. I shrugged my shoulders in reply. He scrutinised my face for a second, "firstly, I would really appreciate verbal replies so that I know you're listening and understanding."

I nodded, despite the fact he made me look like a kindergarten kid. He raised a brow, tilting his chin down sideways. "O-okay." His dark eyes stared at me as if challenging me to defy him.

"Good! Now next thing, in order for to you stay safe, please inform us before you go somewhere or if someone is bothering you. And since you will be going to the private school, the twins go in. Please try to not befriend with boys."
