Y/n's Pov

I was shocked when I heard the doctors words.

It started as not eating and some dizziness but I really thought I was just sick or something along those lines. When I finally went to the hospital, this was far what I was expecting it to be.

The words echo.

"I'm sorry to inform you but, You have Cancer..."

It's like it's ringing in my ear.

I snap back into reality when Taylor lightly squeezes my hand.

I Look at her and she has tears in her eyes, I know she's trying to stay strong but I can see right through her.

"Luckily we have caught it early on, It's stage one cancer." The doctor starts while clearing his throat.

I Look at Taylor not being able to say anything, stunned still hearing the echoing noise of the news ringing in my ear.

"I'll give you two some time to process this.." The doctor mutters as he makes his way out of the room, grabbing his clipboard along the way.

When the doctor leaves I look down, blinking hard and fast, trying not to cry.

"Y/n...It's going to be okay.." Taylor says while rubbing my back.

I finally let the tears fall from my eyes and look up at Taylor.

She quickly wiped them and brings me into a hug. "Y/n, It's going to be okay. I'll be here every step of the way." She says, comforting me.

Three weeks later

Y/n POV

I'm finally starting treatment, the doctor said I have leukemia and have to start Chemotherapy. Which mean this drug treatment uses chemicals to kill leukemia cells. But, will make me sick...even though Taylor has been here since day one, i'm still terrified.

I'm currently laying on the hospital bed, with the tv on, its mostly background noise because I'm not paying much attention to it, unable to get the treatment off my mind. Taylor went to go grab us some food.

A couple minutes later, Taylor came back with not only some food.

"Hey baby, How you holding up?" Taylor says while taking a seat next to me reaching for my hand and softly rubbing it.

"Taylor you saw me like five minutes ago." I say chuckling a bit, I love how she's so caring.

"I know...but I still wanna know how my strong girl is." She says smiling while placing a kiss on my hand that she was just holding.

"I got you something, beautiful!" Taylor says while handing me a small bear that says "I love you Bear-y much!" .

"I love it Tay." I say laughing at her cute gesture.

The doctor knocks on the door and comes into the room. "Hey there, how are you feeling y/n?" He asks, while flipping a couple pages on his clipboard.

"...I'm okay." I look at Taylor and she gives me a reassuring nod while slightly smiling.

"Good! As you might know..." he starts, "This is your first treatment." He finishes while flipping back to the first page on his notebook.

I nod my head in response as he explains how it works and all the steps. 

Another important detail that mentions is that durning chemo is that I will experience hair loss.

I wasn't sure how this all worked and it's seemed a little scary at first but I knew Taylor was by my side no matter what.

TIME SKIP

Taylor's Pov:

Y/n fell asleep about 15 minutes ago, I'm watching her as I sit next to her in my chair, holding her hand. I can't help but admire her beautiful Y/E/C eyes and her Y/H/C stunning hair.

She's so brave, and I know everything will be okay at the end. Especially because she can fight through anything.

A couple hours later

I feel Y/n wake up and I begin to shift my eyes away from the Tv to her. "Hey, my love. How you holding up?" I say and bring my hand to her cheek and slowly

"I'm okay..just I'm a little nervous." Y/n says.

I nod and say, "I understand but your such a strong girl, you can do anything."

"Thanks Tay. I'm so lucky to have you." Y/n smiles.

"Anytime, beautiful."
