Emma's P.O.V

I looked at the text in shock, wondering who this anonymous texter was, and why they were attacking me again.

Me: WHO IS THIS?!

Unknown Number: Aww you don't remember me? We used to be friends when you were 14 years old!

Me: I know that, but who are you, and why are you texting me?! How do you even have my number?!

Unknown Number: I'm your worst nightmare. Let's just say that some of your "friends" aren't loyal. They basically handed your phone number to me!

Me: What do you want from me?

Unknown Number: Stay away from Hayes...

Me: Can you not? I'm dating Hayes, and you can't do a thing about it!

I turned my phone off, and tossed it into my future room. I decided to get dressed while I was in my bedroom. I chose to wear a loose tank top, about the color of the inside of a cantelope, and some short shorts. I crimped my hair, and applied some mascara and eyeliner.

"Hey babe. I was wondering if you wanted to go to the beach?" Hayes asked me.

"But I just put on makeup and did my hairrrrr," I fake whined.

He gave me the 'bruh' look.

"What?" I giggled.

"No makeup. You're perfect."

"I had no idea that I was mirror!" I exclaimed. "Yeah, I'll go to the beach. Give me a second to take my makeup and stuff off."

He nodded, and left the room. I changed out of my clothes, and put on my bathing suit. I put a yellow sundress over it, before slipping on my white flip-flops. I skipped out of the room, and went right into Hayes' room. He was shirtless oh my goddddd...

"You okay?" He chuckled.

"Oh, yeah," I laughed, breaking eye contact. "Your abs are just really...perfect."

"Thanks."

"Are you almost ready to go?" I asked him, changing the subject.

"Yep!" He replied.

Hayes put a shirt on, and I playfully frowned. We grabbed the essentials, ya know, towels, umbrella, chair, sunglasses, sunscreen, all of that. I also remembered to grab my phone. We got into my car, but Hayes had the keys, so he drove. I turned our favorite radio station, and heard one of my favorite phrases.

"Next up, Shawn Mendes, with Stitches!" The radio announcer said.

"Yass!" I screamed as I turned the music up loud.

We got to the beach a few minutes later. That's one of the things that I'll miss from my brief time at the beach house; having the beach in my backyard.

"Hey, I'm gonna go set our stuff up," I told him when we got out of the car.

"Okay," He answered.
