Around 2 years ago i had some episodes of sleep paralysis, for those who don't know what it is, its when u wake up in the middle of the night and can't move AT ALL.
I was pretty used to it already, sometimes i even felt when it was going to happen, the thing is, this day in special i had searched about some kinds of demons/spirits, sleep related, just for curiosity.
Until there, perfect, i went to sleep and in the middle of the night i felt some weight on my body and, weight on my side (reminder i sleep alone) as if there was someone sitting on the bed near me, at the start i associated it to one of the spirits i had watched in the video.
I tried moving a finger from my hand, since thats my standard behavior to know if im sleep paralyzed or not, and i couldn't move, with someone or something sitting right next to me.
With courage that i don't know where i got it from, i opened my eyes, reminder DO NOT DO THAT (advice from a friend). And i saw a silhouette of a man, not moving, looking at me. Please remember my room is completely "black out" and i can barely see during the day, so i don't know what kind of super power i had at that moment to see a shadow in the dark.
This all resulted in me, facing the man or whatever that was, until the paralysis effect stopped, and when it did the silhouette disappeared with the effect.
There is a logical explanation but, whats the fun on that, the important thing is since that day every time i get paralyzed during sleep i wouldn't open my eyes not even if someone paid me.
