Raph(?) POV: Me and my brothers finally got home and decided to take a well deserved break, though Dad never asked us how our day was. But that was normal, so it's not all important! Me and Mikey went to his room, him wanting to play dress up and goof off as usual. I of course agreed and we began our little "party", as he said. He began to play with my hair-
Hair..? No, it's not hair. It's my mask. Why would I think I had hair..? Huh.
"Hey... Raphie? You good bud?" I jumped slightly and just looked over to Mikey and smiled. "Yeah just zoning out I guess." Woah... That's my voice? Wierd. Mikey finished himself and began to twirl like a princess and giggled, skipping ober to the mirror and shuffling back over. "Look at you!!! Ah, I knew I would be amazing at cosmetology stuff." He sighed, though I didn't hear the ramblings after. Do I truly look like this..? No. No, thats not right. I don't have these eyes... My eyes are blue! And I'm not a turtles thing... What's going on?
"Uh. Raph?-" I cut him off with a choked sob. "T-thats... That should be my name right?" I asked, tears now falling down my eyes. I didn't see the youngest walk out, all I could hear were the usually quiet voices start getting louder and louder. What the hell... Why? Why me.? Who... Who is me? Who am I? This body began to tingle, not feeling right. My vision was all blurred and I felt like I wasn't even in the room anymore. Panic shot through me, cries becoming more and more intense until...
It all stopped.
I slowly opened the eyes I didn't know were shut and glanced around, not knowing anyone around me... Who are these dudes? "Hello...? Raph? You okay?" The blue one whispered, obviously nervous. His voice was muffled by headphones I didn't put on. "I put those on for you. You're okay." "Who said that..?" Everyone looked confused. Everyone except the purple one. "An alter... Ra- um... Whoever you are, my name is Donnie and I believe you aren't Raph. Am I correct?" A small nod towards Donnie was all I gave. I knew Raph, but why? "Who am I? What's going on?"
"I believe you have something called Dissociative Identity Disorder. I have been researching this recently and you have given extreme signs and symptoms, though I haven't said anything because, of course, it would be rude to assume that. Anyways, you aren't in your own body persay, but you are in our brothers. I assume you know Raph? Well, he appears to be a host? I'm not sure of your dilemma but-" "Woah... Slow down." Blue said. Leo I think... Yeah. Leo. "You're saying Raph isn't Raph right now..?" A nod from me and Don. "Sooo... Who are you?" That damned question. I gulped and fiddled with my enlarged fingers, nervous of the words that would come out.
"I... I don't know. All I know is that I'm here now and I'm a big turtle! Name wise? I have no idea. Age? Height? Role or whatever? Nope... Although I do like the pretty dress!" Mikey smiled and thanked me, obviously super accepting of the fact I exist. "So... I have more siblings!?! YAY!" He yelled, jumping around. I sighed and didnt answer.. I have no idea what's going on, but I suppose we'll all learn.
As a system, that is.
