Hermione
I'm running down the corridor with spell's flying at me left and right and the only reason I haven't been hit yet is because I have three of the Weasley brothers with me and they seem to be on n a lot better headspace then me at the moment seeing as they have been deflecting curses for me left and right.
I throw an expelliarmus at greyback who was seconds away from sending a killing curse my way. I run through the destroyed hallways of Hogwarts castle making my way out into the courtyard where it seems to have launched into a blood bath. Everywhere you turn there are curses and jinxes being thrown whether they're from the order or death eaters.
My eyes scan the area even as I deflect curse after curse and jinx after jinx. My eyes search for the raven hair and glasses of my best friend. My heart beat gets faster with every second that my eyes don't meet his bright green ones, my breath more shallow, my head more dizzy, and my eyes less bright.
It feels like I've aged a thousand years by the time I locate his dark black hair and Gryffindor robes, and when I do it feels as though my heart has stopped. Lying there limp in hagrids arms is my best friend and brother. That's when he says the words and my whole world comes crashing down. "Harry Potter....is dead!"
"No!" Then it all goes black and it feels like I'm spinning at the time I had thought that this was my end that I was finally passing on into the next world, and in a way I guess I was but I should have known better. There is always more battles to fight, especially for the golden girl.
