Blaise
"Holly shit!" I jump off the bed and get down on my knees next to her. "Come on, wake up, wake up, wake up!" I shake her trying to wake her but she doesn't move. "Please don't let me be the death of the golden girl—" she opens her eyes and I nearly jump out of my skin. "Oh thank Salazar!" I immediately give her my hand and help her to her feet then to the bed.
"Holy shit granger, you scared the living shit out of me, are you okay?" I say accioing a glass of water before handing it to her. "Yeah, sorry, just got a bit faint. I probably just need to eat something."
Yeah, like a feast.
Hermione
I quickly chug the glass of water he brings me and breath a sigh of relief. "When was the last time you ate, granger?" My eyes meet his and I see concern swimming in his eyes. Sometimes snake's really are better than lions. "The battle was may 2nd?" He nods.
"I don't know, like two—eight days before that." His eyes widen. "Holy fuck, granger!" He exclaims then at realizing just how loud he said it lowers his voice and says, "how are you still alive?" I shrug. "We didn't have much food on the run, so when we ran out we had to just live off of berries and plants we found in the woods, after a while you just get used to the hunger."
I don't mean to let the words slip, don't mean to share that tidbit of information that for me is just a little too venerable, but it comes out anyway. "I'm sorry." He says and by the look in his eyes, he means it but I only laugh. "We all made sacrifices, we just have to hope that one day they'll be worth it—now if you'll excuse me." I get up from the seat on the bed, Blaise holding my arm to steady me.
"—I have people to heal, libraries to search, books to read, and headmasters to hate." I say grabbing my bag from the floor and slinging it over my shoulder. "Take care of yourself granger," Blaise says with a small nod.
"Salazar knows no one else will."

I finally make it to the girls dormitories, Zabini's words still heavy in my mind as I knock on the door he directed me to. "Fuck off, arseholes!" A voice calls from inside the door and I take it as my que to enter. Upon entering I'm met with the site of pansy under her bed covers with a pillow covering her face.
"I said—Granger?" She questions once the pillow is removed and she is able to see just who exactly walked in. "Well, if it isn't gryffindors golden girl, come to see the lowly peasants have you?" She says with a sarcastic smile and a shake my head with a grin. "Just came to make sure you lot didn't die yet, would rob me of the chance to murder Theo my self."
She asnorts. "Sorry Granger, I already called dibs on that one." I find myself smiling wider then I have in quite a while. "How are you pans?" I ask my voice lower this time as not to be heard. Imagine the scandal, Slytherin duchess and Gryffindor princess, friends? The uproar that would have caused in school. "As good as one can be when they're dying."
"Well, good thing I'm here to remedy that." I said walking closer and dropping my bag to the floor by her bed. I pull out my wand and cast a diagnostic charm. I study them carefully and my attention is brought to her veins that are highlighted in bright red on the chart. I end the spell and immediately pull down the covers on her body. "Granger what the hell—" I grab her arm and see that her veins have turned pitch black.
"Holly shit!"
Pansy
"What, what is it?" I yell but she just ignores me and grabs her bag and starts emptying it on the floor and digging through the impossible amount of things that fell out. "Granger?" I start to panic. "Granger, what's wrong!?" I yell but she just ignores me yet again, the only indication she even heard me is that she search's faster.
