January 2015:

Hwasa's POV:

The girls and I had just arrived outside of our company's building, after a month's break we were given from our CEO after the success of our last mini album Piano Man, to start working on our next project. We walked into the building excited to get back to doing what we love. We spent the whole time on the way up to the recording studio discussing the themes and concepts we could do for our next comeback.

"I think we should do something different this time as we've done two jazz themed concepts already and we should show that we can do more than just that." Moonbyul suggested to the group.

"I agree, but what concept should we do then?" Solar asked the group.

"We could do a funny, goofy concept about being infatuated over somebody because we've only done more serious songs?" Wheein said, spit balling a random idea out.

"Ahhh Wheein-ah that's actually a really good idea. I need to go use the bathroom first but I'll meet you girls in the recording studio and we'll get started." Solar agreed before walking off.

"Ne." The rest of us replied before walking off in the other direction to the studio. We arrived to the room and opened the door to see the computer already on with a track already loaded on the screen, not noticing a sleeping trainee passed out asleep on the sofa in the corner of the room until a snore was heard scaring the three of us.

"Ahhhh Wheein-ah!" I squealed, jumping at the sudden noise and looking in the direction of where the sound originated from, causing the other two women to laugh at my fright, accidentally waking up the sleeping boy who then let out a small yawn.

"Huh? Shit! Ah! Mianhamnida!" The boy jumped up persistently apologising to us whilst bowing.

"It's all good. Are you a trainee and do you not have a dorm to sleep in?" I reply before asking the boy.

"Annyeonghaseyo sunbaenim, Jung Y/N imnida and yes I'm a trainee and no I can't afford a dorm so I sleep here." He said introducing himself before answering and looking down, looking slightly embarrassed at his confession.

"It's ok, also did you make that track and can we listen to it?" Moonbyul asked, changing the subject sensing how uncomfortable he was.

"Ne and of course you can, but it's not the best. When I debut, whether I'm put into a group or not, I want to make my own music so I can be true to myself and tell my own stories. So I've been practicing my producing skills here." He confirmed, sharing his dream to debut. He goes over to the wheelie chair by the computer and pressed play on the track whilst we sit on the sofa which he had previously occupied. As the 90's inspired synth played I shared a look between the other two girls, impressed at how good the track was.

"Aish! I don't know why you said that this wasn't good! The track is perfectly mixed and actually fits the style of song we want our next comeback to be!" Moonbyul exclaimed, impressed with the work of our junior.

"Really?!" The boy asked surprised at how well we thought he did.

"Ne! It's perfect for our new concept! If we spoke with our leader and pd-nim would you let us use it and want to write on the track too?" Wheein replied, just before Solar walked through the door with a face of confusion as to why there was a teenage boy in the recording studio with us.

"Why are you guys shouting and why is there a trainee sat by the computer?" Solar asked, still looking very confused.

"Because we found a track for our new concept and this trainee is the one that made it." Moonbyul replied.
