[Veronica Faith’s POV]

It’s been 2 weeks since EXO visited the Philippines for their concert. I really miss Chanyeol, we barely talk to each other but he is always sending me a voice note or a message every day. I think he is sending me a voice note when he has a free time.

Today, I already received 3 voice notes from him but I am not yet sending him any. But, sometimes when I’m in the mood I am replying to him.

Me and my friends are busy because next, there will be an event in our campus. It is about the Valentine’s week. Of course, it will be all about lovers, couples and everything about love. I am having a hard time organizing this event because of my problem. I am sad because of my fading relationship to the man I love.

 

“Athea, can you take over? I can’t manage to think of some good ideas about this event. You know I have reasons”

“No! That’s your job. I will never take it over. Be professional, it’s your fault you break up with him even if he still wants you!” she scolds me “Gather all your thoughts!”

“I just can’t think right. It feels like everything I do is wrong. Chanyeol already sent me 5 voice calls by now and I don’t know what to say” I fix all the papers on my desk.

Both Athea and I are here in our classroom because we are the one who are assigned for the upcoming event.

“He what??!! 5 voice calls? What the?! Are you kidding me?! EXO are so damn busy! Lay told me that they must focus on their schedules and they must not use their phones when they are practicing. GIRL! Chanyeol is putting so much effort to your relationship but you didn’t appreciate it?!!!” she glares at me. I thought she is just kidding but when there’s another beep on my phone and I open it.

It’s a voice call again from Chanyeol

*Hey, Please answer me. I already miss you. I guess this will be the last voice call for today. Manager hyung caught me using my phone. I promise I will call you when we are done with our schedule for today. I hope I can talk to you later. Please talk to me. I really need you now. please…… Faith, I miss you so so sooo much and I love you forever……… and always*

His voice was so tired. It was soft and full of longing emotion. Still, it was deep and manly but you can really feel that he is hurt. He doesn’t talk like that. He chuckle or giggle after his sentence but this voice note totally rip my heart apart. It is full of pain

My tears are already flowing before the voice call ended. I am hurting him so much. I am torturing him. What’s wrong with me? Why am I doing this to him? I know I love him so much but we are not sure if his plan about the arranged marriage will work
