There were many different types of therapy; some included more talking about past experiences, some were more about how to handle the patient's emotions including their trauma. Nicole Addams had never thought she'd become a psychotherapist. Unlike others, who went with their first instinct and planned to become one as soon as they noticed how interesting psychology is, she had always feared the big responsibility the job came with.

By now, though, she was getting on with this perfectly fine, could seperate work and her personal problems and thoughts. And if she noticed her patients leaving her unsure how to deal with them, she still had her sister. Sandra Demir; married to a very kind and polite Turkish man after they had been together for like 5 years. A wonder for Nicole. She sucked in love. But at least she seemed to be a good listener and adviser when it came to the only thing that managed to hurt her.

And if you asked Nicole, she was doing a good job. She wasn't alone with this opinion, why else would she be the therapist of L'eau Courante?

Anyways; Nicole of course had agreed to have an appointment with Harry Styles, when L'eau Courante had talked about him with her. She actually was quite curious what her new patient had to say.

"Well", she started, looking up from her hand that had placed a small device to record their conversation.

"Anything you'd like to say as a start?", she asked while her finger reached for the button that would start the recording. The answer came quicker than she had assumed.

"I'm L'eau Courante's boyfriend"

Oh.

Nicole blinked, looked up into the face of her new patient; Harry Styles to be precise. The man seemed relieved to be able to say it immediately behind closed doors, folded his hands in his lap.

The therapist's mouth opened. With a clicking sound, she started the recording.

"It's good you're here"

This morning had been weird. From waking up with your boyfriend, having breakfast in bed and then going to the actual room you booked for the night, in which you by the way broke the bed the night before, get your things to then leave to the mafia you worked for... in which your boyfriend was one of the leaders. The last thing was something Harry actually had gotten used to. He was in a relationship with a mafia boss... so what?

While having his first therapy session, which was rather a first impression and a check to see if Harry was feeling comfortable with the therapist, he noticed again that his life and situation wasn't anything but normal. Nicole had been quite nice, Harry could imagine to talk about the things that had happened with her. His problem, though, was still to trust her. As his therapist, she wasn't allowed to tell anyone. But DEATH always had found a way to get to informations, right? At least he had been able to tell her about his trust issues and she was aware of them now, which was a good feeling for the curly haired one. Nevertheless, he hoped he wouldn't regret going to therapy. Because Nicole had already warned him about their sessions bringing up the worst memories he had, which was of course the case, but it would hurt and he'd probably feel miserable talking about stuff he had experienced while working fully for DEATH for not even a year now.

Harry didn't know how Louis could live like this since he was able to think really. Maybe it was better like that; if you didn't know it any other way, was it easier then?

What Harry knew, though, was that he didn't only need therapy to process the things that had happened in the past (when thinking of his mother and how big of an issue this topic still was for him, he really thought it would have been better to get professional help way earlier). No, it was like therapy as well, when Harry was walking into L'eau Courante's office and just laid eyes on his boss he called his boyfriend by now.
